I think bubble hem trend is so cute especially because you can take a regular skirt and tuck it in so that it had a bubble hem! Just a new way to style old things in the wardrobe :)

as someone who grew up wearing the old navy $1.50 flip flops every day of my childhood, the flip flops are a no from me lmao

I’ve got some silk pants, but yes snagging but also silk is very light but not breathable. So not really suitable for very hot weather. 😅 wouldn’t purchase again unless for pyjamas

I always thrift silk pants. They are relatively easy to find in the women's trouser section (I haven't seen any with drawstrings). I love the way they feel on but my thighs shred them. IDK if I would ever pay for a pair new because of that. Obvi that could be because I'm not the first owner but every pair of silk pants wears out in that area for me. Other than that, I use soak soap which is safe for silk and they wash really well. Silk imo dries fast, so I don't mind the hand washing aspect of silk pants.

i love my plasticana clogs (i live in london and they work so well for rainy days) but my feet do sweat a lot in them lol

I would say a silk pant in the summer is a no for me. Silk is an insulating natural fiber so it is perfect for all seasons BUT summer. The best way to think of it is, if it’s from an animal it’s cozy if it’s from a plant it’s cool ✌🏽

It's interesting, if I wore a trend the first time round as a kid (ie. under the age of 10) I'm SO ready to get back to it, it makes me feel like I'm getting really in touch with who I am. But if it's a trend I wore the first time round as a teen, absolutely not! Everything I wore as a teen feels tacky to me now, and I suspect that won't change with time. I find it's the same with lots of other things too, like music - never stopped loving the music I loved as a kid, but most of the music I loved as a teen isn't for me anymore. (I'm 30, so my teen years were quite a while ago now.) Also, I've never heard anyone call them 'hot shorts' before :') (They would be 'hotpants' to me. I'm British so idk if that has anything to do with it)

As something with curves and a really big 🍑 and other stuff i cannot wear certain stuff that fits me at all i cannot wear bell bottom pants or anything like that i cannot find shirts that fit me or dresser either I'm a curvaceous woman but finding clothes that fit me is a challenge
