Millions of Australians can’t access the health care they need, due to where they live, or their social or financial situation - especially in rural and remote areas.
The Baker Institute is determined to do everything possible to remove these enormous inequalities that exist in access to tests and medical care using emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI).
AI has incredible potential to make access to heart and diabetes care more equitable, and reduce the difficulties faced by people who live with chronic disease every day.
But we need your help to continue vital research into technologies that will allow people with heart disease and diabetes to access the care and treatment they need.
