I’m 76, there were a few times I had to go slower, but got through it all. Used 10, 12,15 weights, adjusted accordingly to my ability. I like the variety!
Best way to start out my 33rd birthday! And I did the ENTIRE workout (minus one set 😅) with my new 15lbs that I asked for my birthday (up from 10!). 33 is going to be my strongest year yet. 💪🏼 YES I CAN!!! Holy stinkin bananas!!! Legs are jello, HR is high, and sweat is drippingggg!! NML- you about took me OUT with that 3 min burn out round!! Oof😅😅😅 I love the encouragement along the way and have always been a fan of the enthusiasm for us at home!! Build 30 is showing up in a BIG way already!!!
For the first time in my 45 years of life that i have been commited to workout this long! I did Metcon 100 challenge, Stronger 25 challenge just finished on saturday and today i'm starting Summer challenge!!! So happy for the new challenge!!! Thank you!!!

Did everything except the final round of the second super set and burner with 20s! Dropped to 10s for those because I was dying but determined to finish
My husband and I ate our frogs this morning. 😉 Loved all of the compound moves in the strength portion! Lunge, swing, press was probably my favorite. I’m 18 weeks pregnant with our 3rd baby and SO excited to have this new program to keep me coming back for more each day! Thanks for all of your hard work to put it together. ❤

I have really been looking forward to the start of the build 30. I love working out with Lindsay and Racheal. I first found Lindsay through GHUTV. I have always enjoyed working out with you Lindsay. As I’ve gotten older, obviously I’ve become a little slower. So I did find some of these moves a little hard to keep up with when I’m using heavier weights. But I have also learned how to modify on my own. So I’m still getting the benefit, but maybe not quite as fast as you guys. Just trying to stay mobile and strong through my 60s. Thank you again Lindsay I think you are amazing and such a great influence on your generation to be strong women!
Oh this one was soo sweaty!! Loved it! I had a baby in november and i saw a note i had made in january about how proud i was for completing a whole workout with 7.5 lb dumbbells. Now I'm on 17.5s! Thank you lindsey and rachel ❤
I'm a teacher on summer break, but the new school year is looming! I did 2-3 Metcon workouts each week over the past 4 weeks with 10 lb weights but am going to do this program straight through in the next 12 days, starting with 15 lbs! Excited to see gains and feel confident going into late August!
Brilliant way to start the week, I love the fact that the bursts are short and you don't get bored, especially if it's a move that you don't like.... Looking forward to tomorrow morning....
not gonna lie, this workouts are the BEST thing I've found, as somone that for now can't afford a gym or a paid workout, i have to say thank you very much. This one was really fun and challenging. Also if I'm not a mom, I love how functional and motivating your workouts are. Big hugs from Colombia.
Phew 😮💨 I LOVED when Lindsey reminded us we were building strength AND athleticism. As a former college athlete, that’s one of the main reasons I love doing NML workouts. At the beginning of the year I was using 10s and sometimes 15s. Now I’m consistently using 15s and breaking out the 20s here and there 💪🏻 Definitely went down to 10s for “the big one” 😂
I’m glad you called that out I had forgotten. I’m 45. I have 3 kids (15, 14, 10). I’m the fittest and healthiest I’ve ever been. And then I’m reminded; as a junior in high school a friend’s mom started running marathon. At 40. And now - she has run races all over the world, in NYC, Chicago, Boston. All that to say, I can feel like an athlete even now, with NML coaches and my in-person ones 😊💪🏼
3 months of doing your workouts and I have moved up from 10 and 15 lb dumbbells to 15s and 20s! 💪🏼💪🏼 as a stay at home, homeschooling mom of 3, this has been INCREDIBLE for my mental health! 🙌🏼 Can’t wait to do day 2!
That 3 minute ladder was a trauma release for me. I just started bawling after and every time you said, "I'm so proud of you!", I cried even more. I really needed this. 🥰 See ya for day 2!
10 years. I've spun my circles to see minimal results for 10 YEARS. I found your channel, stopped counting macros, eating to nourish and eat intuitively, and stopped working out every day to maybe 3 days a week. My body is finally transforming but so is my mind. I'm sleeping again and have energy for my family. THANK YOU. 😭
halfway through i felt like giving up bc lunges are one of my least favs BUT i said "yes, I can!" and pushed through and completed the workout! TYSM for motivating me Lindsay!

Started today due to the massive power outages in Texas, completed it with 20s, I don’t think my HR was below 180 all the way through the workout. It went so fast I loved this format! I will be back ladies! ❤🎉
Always grateful for your encouragement and accountability challenges. I wanted to call it quits early but you said something like, "Do what you said you were going to do. You pushed play, finish it!" So, I did! So pumped for this new program.
My legs are D.O.N.E 🥵 This was very challenging but also so motivating to make it through. I cannot imagine if it would've been a 5 minute burnout at the end. Favorite move was the Snatch Rack + Pivot Squat Thruster. So excited for the rest of this program! Thank you for what you both do for all of us. ❤

Running short on time I find myself wanting to do one set and feel accomplished. However, I am so motivated by you both to finish. I am so proud of myself and see my progress after every work out. I had a really hard week…I had to file a police report and go no contact with my husband of almost 10 years. We have 3 young sons. So after being an emotional mess yesterday, I woke up early today and knocked this out. If I can make it through a Lindsey and Rachel strength workout, I can make it through the big life changes ahead of me. You two have truly helped me believe that I’m worth showing up for, not just in the exercise sense. Thank you from the bottom of heart ❤️ also, my body is jello 😂

I did all 10 (loved them all) of build 30 and just started the program again. First time doing Day 1 I was hesitant to use 20lbs but this time I went for it and did the whole thing with 20’s! This is my third time through this program and I am for sure getting stronger because I was able to use my 20s for all the moves except the bicep curls! I am so proud of myself!! Thank you for creating such an amazing program!

Out of all ten, this first one was the toughest. I have a tear in the ligament in my hip socket so my hips get really tight. The next morning my hips felt great. Between the war up and the curtsy lunge that really did the trick. Love you guys.
Well that was ugly but I did it! 😂 Coming back after 2 weeks off for travel and I have never in my life cried at the end of a workout but today was a first!
Starting my second round of this program today! I used 21lbs ALMOST the whole workout! Had to drop down to 18s haha I was dying. Excited to keep progressing!! This workout was probably my fav of the whole program - it's so fun! More exactly like this please!!!

At 56, I’d completed 3 rounds of Stronger 25, and was ready to move up, but wow, this was crazy - in the best way!! Thank you for constant reminders that we can do it - I really needed that motivation today!! I finished with mostly 10s, but went up to 15s for a few.

6 months postpartum with baby 3 and I'm doing the Summer Challenge for a second time. Said goodbye to my 10lb weights able to do the whole three-minute finisher without standing for a break! WOO!
I had my first round of Dose Dense AC chemotherapy two days ago. I made myself a promise that I’d move my body for 10-minutes each day despite how I feel. I did a 20 minute row workout the day I had chemo, 43 minute brisk walk with my family yesterday and today my FIRST NOURISH MOVE LOVE WORKOUT ON 2 DAYS OUT FROM CHEMO🎉🎉🎉🎉. I had to adjust my weight and do some weight-free moves at the end (that burn out got me) but I did it. Thank you so much Lindsay for providing amazing workouts for all the life stages. 🖤😍

In my 2nd trimester with my 3rd pregnancy, (have a 1 and 2 year old). Completed this workout with 15 and 20Ibs dumbbells. All of my pregnancies and postpartums have been very easy and I attribute NML to keeping me physically and mentally strong!
I started doing NML workouts 8 months postpartum, I’m now 18 months postpartum and realized I need to buy heavier weights!! Going to the store today because I’m giddy that I’ve gotten stronger. Thank you NML!! By the way, loved the burnout move - so tough but I felt so accomplished afterwards.

Just finished my 4th time doing Strong 20, and felt so proud of myself for keeping up with Lindsey the whole time (usually I have to follow Rachel most of the time). You always bring exactly what my body needs. Thank you! My favorite thing about NML continues to be the fact that you include the warm up and cool down in the count down. Otherwise, I’d stop the video before the stretch at the end. You’ve saved me from injury!

I have tried to workout or lift weights consistently for so long. I never found anything that pumped me up like your workouts! I completed the 20 minute program twice and now I'm moving up to the 30 minute program. I'm feeling strong 8 months post partum. Thanks, ladies!
I am almost 12 month PP wasn't lifting at all before baby. Last week I finished a 12-week postpartum weightlifting class and I can now lift a 10-pounder. Just did day one with 10 lb dumbbells. I am sweating like you wouldn't believe but I was able to keep up and finish the workout. Excited to be able to hang with a workout like this and looking forward to getting even better!
I usually like to watch the whole workout the night before I workout in the mornings. Not going to lie, this one had me AFRAID! I started with 17.5lbs, was like NOPE and dropped to 15lbs for the rest. So much sweat! It was great! Thank you so much for your workouts, this is the strongest I have ever been in my life!!

I'm coming off the postpartum workout plan-almost 22 months postpartum but I only started working out consistently again in June for the first time since before I got pregnant, so like 30 months ago. I wasn't sure I would be able to make it through this, but I did! I actually think I need to go heavier with my weights! It's all thanks to y'all because the postpartum plan got me from sedentary to THIS in a month! 🎉🎉

This is my fourth week of consistent workouts with different programs from your channel! I could tell a difference by week 2 in how I was feeling and even looking different. I just finished this workout( minus the burnout due to physical reasons) and holy bananas that was a different mountain to climb with y'all but we made it!! I'm so thankful that I found you guys(via Kara&Nate's youtube channel) and I'm excited for the journey to continue!!
Day 1 was so hard!! I did the first move with 24 lbs and the rest of the workout with 15 lb dumbells. I couldn't keep up with the squat pulses! I was sweating so hard, and my heart rate was so high. I had to pause, and my heart rate was 141. Whew! Way to go, everyone.
6 months postpartum with baby #2 and wow. I feel like this is something I can keep coming back too. I loved those sets. Made it go by so quick. Can't wait for the rest of this program.
