Moving tip that will save you tons of time: Keep your clothes on their hangers and wrap your whole closet in big garbage bags. My closet takes three big trashcans when I go back to college and then as soon as I arrive I hang them back up in my new closet, remove the bag, and I'm done. So easy!
A decluttering tip with clothes for me that I've learned is that if there's one thing that I don't like about it, I won't purchase it anymore. I've decluttered so many clothes because of that reason.
Subcategory I love that helps adhere to the rule, only bring in a new item into your wardrobe if something leaves is "everyday wear but first to get ride of" this is time saver when doing closet clean out. Hi! To avoid clothing items from shrinking, make sure to read the care instructions on the inside tag. Some items can only be washed in cold water and a lot of nice pieces like you have cannot be dried and need to be line dried only. 😊
I found the subcategory idea kinda interesting because if it's not going in your new closet, how much space in your drawers or you going to have for the beach day, picnic day, or etc. I think that doing subcategories might help you determine how often you may do those said things

My latest way of decluttering would be putting everything I really really love on one side and "throwing away" side. I am allowed to keep a few items from the "throwing" but only if it is a good quality and I don't already have something similar. If there is something I still haven't worn, I will wear it at least a day in house so I would know how to feel about it
For the blue poka-dot dress you can add a ribbon around the waist so it fits better and add a baby blue or white cami under so it’s more comfortable for you. When I’m declutter my clothes which I do every season if I haven’t worn it in 6 months I get rid of it unless it’s a seasonal item. I also stopped hanging on to clothes that don’t fit anymore I I’m saving for “when I lose weight” I also decided if it’s still my style or not or it’s it’s something I bought because of a trend or saw on someone else and it looked cute but just doesn’t work for me. I tend to hang up all the stuff I wear day to day that I’m constantly wearing and the other stuff that I still want to hang on to but don’t wear as much I put in a bin I then clear out those bins seasonally and leave the stuff that’s hanging alone because I know that’s stuff I’m already wearing constantly and it deletes that extra step of having to look through EVERYTHING.
you can shorten the Rebecca Minkoff bag by pulling the carabiners of the shoulder strap on both sides through the metal tab on the bag and then attaching the carabiner to the top of the tabs on the leather strap - totally easy without permanently changing anything on the bag! I do this with all my Rebeccas. 🥰
Decluttering stuff is always so relieving, and makes things look more organized! It's always hard for me to get rid of clothes\ shoes that I don't wear but still think they're cute, lol. Let it go!

Pre declutter; be way more choosey what you bring into your wardrobe. Every trapping into buying stuff you don’t need (it was on sale, buying multiples in colours you don’t wear, buying another ‘timeless piece’ you already have a ton of) is just as true for a thrifted wardrobe. Like the Mamma Mia thrift. Did you seriously need to buy that many blue and white items. Maybe limit yourself to a smaller number of items that you can mix in with what you already have to get that vibe.
Bestie, something i learned to do is look for the “how to wash” tags inside clothes bcos if i find the PERFECT piece im not risking it getting ruined 😭 and if there isn’t a how to wash tag I always just wash on cold, and add white vinegar to disinfect! But just double check the material and be careful with darker colors! OH! And for drying I’ll dry on ultra low or low for 5-10 minutes and then hang dry!!!!

I could watch you literally try on and decide every single item in your wardrobe…I wish you had the time to do it. But this was great. Something that might help with future purchases and decluttering is to try Allison Bornstien ‘s three word method. You may need some clothes that are strictly just for making content ( that may need to be another separate category you create) but for your actual everyday clothes you may want to work towards honing in on your own, true, personal style. I get you needing clothes to make more ‘themed’ content for social media etc. but what is your actual, personal style apart from your ‘job’. I can’t tell if you really like the items because they do really fit a ‘theme’ or ‘trendy aesthetic’ well or if you like the items because it is your ‘personal style’. The three word method might be helpful to really hone in on and identify your personal style apart from ‘social media, trends, your ‘job’/ thrifting content. Just a thought.

When you say you shrunk it in the wash, what do you mean? I wash all of my clothes on cold and then hang them up to dry in order to not shrink them. Would that be helpful? I feel like using warm water and the dryer really shrinks your clothes and also makes them deteriorate quicker

Me, the normal non influencer person, also has that many clothes, accessories etc 😭🫠🤣 although I’m like clearing out every week. Don’t even know why I own so many. I work from home except one day, I only wear joggers and sweatshirts at home 😂 can’t be someone who puts make up on and wears uncomfortable chic outfits for working from home 😅
