hi nil, i dont know why i feel so compelled to write this, but trust me when i tell you, doing inner work will be the best thing you do for yourself, i have resolved and unpacked so much childhood trauma, and i can now confidently say that i am free from it all. if this isnt enough motivation for you, just remember that good things take time and effort and you are more than worthy of both, and if it were easy everyone would have done it. your not alone and it is going to be hard at first but i promise you, youll look back one day to thank and love yourself for doing it, but also wish you have started sooner. i LOVE YOU SO MUUCHHH AND I WISH YOU LUCK.

pausing the video halfway through to say i love you nil, please go to therapy. i avoided it for a long time and tried to manage things on my own but only a few sessions with a good therapist made me understand what trauma i’d been carrying my whole life and helped me let go of it while also feeling supported and validated. maybe it’s expensive but the cost of not going is so much greater. your school probably has counselling services that would be free or more affordable that you could start with? of course you can only do this when you feel you are ready, but your vlogs always feel like catching up with a friend so i wanted to give you some encouragement, because you are a wonderful person and i hope you realise you deserve love always, even at your lowest points when you’re not your best self (as we all do) ❤️

I definily agree if you, its easy just say to people love themselve, when they have a lot of thing to take care, and sometimes its hard to love yourself when the whole word is a shit and you have a lot of situations to take care about.

I used Final Cut Pro but it took me an unreasonably long amount of time so I'd honestly try to find another way of doing it. I basically chose "basic title" and wrote a bunch of different days and dates. Then I added a transition that would move the title up and down. I repeated this step until it looked smooth. I Hope this makes sense!
to grow the "plant" you have to invest in it, time, energy, effort, sometimes money... no plant will grow without this things... think about it. Also how can you know the effect therapy has on you if you haven't been to a session...? believe me, the right therapist for you, will surprise you.
