Stephanie, My name is Victoria, and I am new to your content! I can’t even explain how much it has blessed me. The Lord is really using you to inspire others and it has touched my soul. I am 7 years married and am a mom to my first son who is now 1.5 years. I am a nurse, and have been very involved in that role for my entire marriage, so transitioning to motherhood and no longer working has been a huge shift for me. I have since started taking a shift here and there as an on call nurse which has been really beneficial and enjoyable for me, but I was struggling with the transition to motherhood and homemaking, and you have INSPIRED me to find joy and life in this season of change! I have found my purpose, and have been so grateful for the opportunity to stay home with my son, make healthy food, enjoy time together, and cherish my family. Thank you for opening up about your life, parenting, marriage, homemaking, Christian faith, etc… you have no idea how much you have helped guide me from afar as a mentor and friend. I take you along with me as I do house work and it’s so fun! God bless you! ❤
Your precious little daughter is your little mini me! Love that she has her own clothes line! I am 74 years old and my Mom hung clothes out all the time. She put up a little clothes line for me just like that and I hung all the small things on my line for her. I was so proud. What precious memories she will treasure always.
Watching this as I’m making my Rhubarb marmalade in British Columbia. Your sweet little miss sure enjoys helping you. She is precious. What a wonderful family. God bless you all abundantly.❤
Your kids are so bless to have the parents they have. My daddy passed away when I was 6 years old and my brother Daniel was one year old, mom still in nursing school in the city, so my mom parents step in and take us in,we can a lot ,from our small garden and from farmers market, not a lot off gadgets in the kitchen in that time. God bless you guys.
I absolutely ❤'d this video... I am new here (subscribed a few mths back). I love that you play the praise&worship music! I am 51, live in a small city suburb in Oklahoma... I have 1 child who is now 24, I am now a single mother but, was a stay at home mom til she was 10 & she was my helper & side kick, so I giggle at your lil' one & how much you let her do, I love it. I always wanted a large family & so enjoy seeing yours. You do a WONDERFUL job on your videos. Thank you SO MUCH for sharing your blessed life w/us. A life changing diagnosis in 2020 altered my life & now I somewhat live vicariously thru RU-vid in someways. I'm thankful I found you, God is so good. Blessings. ✝️
May God bless you with health and healing. I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and I’m making slow progress to getting my immune system recovered again as a mama to 4 littles. God is faithful! Keep encouraged. ❤
You are such a joy to watch Stephanie. It brought tears to my eyes watching your little sweetie hanging out clothes with you and how a smaller line was provided for her to be able to help. Just precious.❤❤
Here’s a great tip for canning anything with tomatoes that needs to be cooked down. Put your tomatoes in the blender and blend well. Then put that tomato juice in a big jar and let it sit in the refrigerator for a day. All of the thick tomato pulp will float to the top and there will be clear tomato water at the bottom. Either ladle the pulp off the top, or use a turkey baster to siphon the water out of the bottom of the jar. This cuts down the time that you need to boil tomato juice to thicken it up. I then can the tomato water and add it to lasagna soup or any other soup that calls for both water and tomatoes.
Hi Steph! Love your videos!! When I plant my tomatoes I drop a cracked egg and a big handful of bone meal in the whole before putting the tomato plant in. As the tomato grows just make sure they get enough water during blossom and fruit development. Sometime it's not that there is not enough calcium in the soil but rather that there wasn't enough water to deliver the needed nutrients to the tomatoes developing on the vine. This year was kind of drier than usual and some of us had a drought. Blossom end rot is most often caused by not enough water or nutrients at that critical time.
I am genuinely touched by the warmth and joy you capture in your summer days on the farm with your large family of seven. Your ability to create and share these heartfelt moments reflects the beauty of family life and the simple pleasures of farm living. It’s inspiring to see how you make the most of each day together, celebrating the essence of togetherness and hard work. And I am Floating Village Life.
Cant wait to see you harvest all your fruits and vegetables for canning and freezing, god bless your beautiful and wholesome family of seven. Love your channel and videos plz keep it coming. ❤❤❤❤❤
Such a sweet video - loved watching your helper! Avvy (sp?) is really growing up!! Our kids are all grown, through college and gainfully employed - whew! But...we changed curriculums and styles several times -- find what works for mama...that's what I say!! Will be fun to learn what you are considering. Have a great week Steph!! 💗
We've had our FD for a year. We bought it for the garden as well and have almost quit canning!! We have been converting our pantry over from canning storage to FD storage 🤣 my biggest thing is tomatoes!!! You can powder it down and make paste, sauce, soups, etc and you don't have to can it. Or you can freeze dry what you can like sauces, powder them, and they take up so much less space, then you can add as much water as you want to thicken it so your not cooking it down for hours 🤣 Also....don't forget to set the extra dry time to 24 hours! You won't have to worry about it while you sleep or run errands lol
I've been following another Channel Bree Ellis that also freeze dries her garden. Lately she did cantaloupe. I just have a tiny garden that I grow in my compost pile. Would love to be able do the canning and freeze dry but it's just me.
@@di4085 you can can no matter how many people! Make a big soup and put it in pints and can it so you don't have to cook it everytime. Cook a big chicken then pull the meat off and can it up. Think about "meals ready to go". There's so much you can do! we FD everything! (Except what doesn't freeze dry lol) Get a small one and freeze things up in the freezer then when you get enough, do a load. Cook large meals to fd and have later, do Leftovers before they go bad, fruits or veggies from the store that you haven't eaten yet, you can do your own "minute" stuff like rice or mashed potatoes to have them on hand, I mean the list goes on and on! You could keep yourself busy! Lol
@@BootsandBountyHomestead thanks just a little intimidated on starting because when you're unfamiliar with what to do it's a little bit overwhelming. In the winter time I do make big pots of soup and freeze it.
I’m so happy I came across your vlogs such a beautiful home life reminds me of my up bringing and your little princess what a beautiful little helper this vlog just added so much to my day beautiful all around ❤️
Love your videos and your sweet little cherub helper! 💕Thought that loaf of bread would hit the floor 🤣. She saved it and you kept on going. I used to homeschool and remember the excitement! It’s such a precious time. Enjoy as it flies by. 🎊

This is sooo precious! I’m glad I found you by coincidence 💝 Beautiful kids,! The little girl so cute and helpful! I’m going to get to know you better by watching more videos 🥰 God bless you!
Yes we are also gardening. Harvesting and Canning over 500pounds of organic tomatoes. Unfortunately, I myself am away for the fun, my aunt and dad did most of the canning and I don’t have any footage. But, they froze a bunch of tomatoes and plums for me to can and make wonderful things with them. So I’m pretty sure I will have a couple of videos up in the fall. Oh I love fall ❤ and I enjoy your videos.
We’re harvesting all kinds of peppers, asparagus beans, cucumbers, and chocolate cherry tomatoes so far, and a few creole tomatoes, but those never have a chance to turn red because we love fried green tomatoes. I’m in zone 7a ozark mountains. Also, Your family is picture perfect, and you do everything with so much class and grace. Or maybe you’re a Disney Princess in hiding….. your husband gives off Prince Charming vibes. Have a great week.
Your sweet little shadow is adorable! She is learning from the best. A mini you already! The baby is getting so big, adorable! This was the sweetest video, you are amazing and so very blessed! ❤
One thing that i have found is its a whole lot easier to drain when you defrost it if its up on a table or sturdy shelf. Im freeze drying my whole garden this year. Also freeze dried candy is so good. Ive had mine since November of 2022. It has already paid for itself. So so good. You can do all kinds of fruits and veggies and meals and eggs and broth. Just so much!!! Its so worth the price. Mine has hardly stopped lately
I completely missed what you were saying when your little girl snuck a glass pan of bread off the counter and put it back all without you seeing her 😂.
Blossom rot. Can be caused by calcium deficiency or inconsistent watering. That’s what another farmer shared with me when the calcium levels were dead on but it happened anyway. Love the manicured raised beds! Beautiful ❤We’re harvesting sweet corn, green beans for canning & freezing. Tomatoes are just coming on.
I so enjoy watching you and your family, what a joy!! I loved your daughter’s clothes line🤗 She is a joy watching her enthusiasm and helping!! I’m playing catch up with your videos. I just wanted to say Thank you!!!
We are having a bumper crop of various peppers this year. Tomatoes and cucumbers are in now as well. My daughter's Watermelon and pumpkins will be a nice harvest too!
Excited to hear the new homeschool update!!! One year I switched right before the school started and it was such a good switch. My anxiety and stress was gone and we looked forward to the new school year!
loved this and Dreaming to have this life back. I grown in this kind of surrounding back in my childhood. with our higher education and professions we had to stay away from that. but always need to go back. one day i will build my own farm like this. thank you guys for inspiring me ❤
South Texas back yard garden, still getting tomatoes and peppers. Okra will be coming in about 10 days. Then garden sleeps until the end of September and we can start again and harvest before a freeze (usually between Thanksgiving and Christmas!) Love your channel and sweet family❤
Love all your videos. My tomatoes and snacking cucumbers are going crazy.Love this time of year with the wonderful veggies.Your little helper today made me smile.
hey girl- such a fun video! Abby is so cute as your little helper. Yummy food Steph - great job on the cookies-they look amazing! and lots of good garden veggies to.
Hi Steph! LOVE your gardening content! Sometimes the bottom tomato rot is actually blossom end rot. Some contributing factors can be under pollination, inconsistent watering and/or just not enough water during the critical time for blooming/pollination. Extra water helps nutrients (like the calcium) to allow the plants to put their full energy into setting the blooms and also helps maintain soil temperatures if you're experiencing big fluctuations overnight (Something that nightshade are notorious for being finicky about!).
Hello my friend I really like your tomato trellis they look so plump wonderful clean fruit in the house not every house has such beautiful tomato trellis
Was out to Sight and Sound a few weeks ago and I thought of you, Steph, as we drove through the beautiful Lancaster countryside. Loved this video and your little helper is adorable! Great job Mom! Keep going!
Your baby is so precious and I love how the siblings love helping and they will grow up with knowing they had such a magical childhood. Is that the Isla Dress you had on? Thank you again for inspiring me and all of us! Are you reading a new devotional? I am trying to find another one.
Thank you for showing us your garden and all the inspiration you give. I love your videos. I have a few beef steak tomato plants, parsley, chives, so much basil, lemon thyme…I love this season ❤
What a great investment with all those square tomato cages! I need more supports and will consider giving that style a try. They look like they're working fantastic for peppers.
Your channel is so inspiring! If you end up doing a q and a some time I would love to hear how you handle the childrens’ wardrobes! Where do you find their darling clothes and how do you handle stains, etc? Thanks so much!
I like to freeze dry things like kale and bitter plums. I use the powder in my smoothies. We've done dairy products to make our own powdered dairy items as well. Just nice to have on hand
OMG!!! The most amazing video I have ever seen...So natural, so real ans so perfect. I just love your kids...They are super cute. Do you live on this farm or just for vacations? Lots of 💕
What a beautiful video Steph!! That freeze dryer is amazing!! My tomatoes had a calcium deficiency last year, and I didn't know it was fixable, but luckily, I was able to prevent it this year! Thanks for another inspiring video!
Our tomato season is at its beginning too. Also we're harvesting a lot of cucumbers, zucchinis, some sweet peppers, eggplants, sweet peas, onion and garlic. And strawberries ❤
