hi Tim, here's the style i thought of with the shorts: • for the top, a white fitted tank top, with a navy-blue oversized, cropped shirt ( with rolled up sleeves if too hot ). • the CB shorts as bottom. • for the shoes, a pair of Converse Chuck 70s in the rush blue colorway, with white ankle socks. • for the accessories, matte white, thin chain necklace and bracelet, and a cream baseball cap to match the shorts and the midsole of the shoes. • i would finish off with a black, simple and minimal leather shoulder bag. i wanted to create a palette revolving around beige and blue, with their similar tones, because this combination gives me a chilly and clean vibe which is perfect for going through the summer! thanks for the interesting video and this opportunity, this is such a creative way to arrange a giveaway application! :)

This video got me to give tank tops another try and I just bought my first one as a result! Tp style the Cole Buxton shorts for a summer day that's not too hot, I'd go for a comfy and casual look: - top: my lightweight black tshirt with a little palm tree logo from Fresh Cuts, tucked in and then pulled most of the way back out again - outerwear: my trusty light blue, well worn-in, boxy vintage denim jacket from Rifle with the sleeves rolled up - footwear: my Veja V-10 sneakers with beige suede, white mesh, and blue details to match with the beige shorts and blue jacket (and some low-cut off-white socks) - bag: my off-white drawstring bag or my small beige Uniqlo cross-body bag, depending on where I'm going and what I'm bringing - accessories: my go-tos of a grey metal mesh-strap Skagen watch, a black ropey bracelet, a simple ring, and some shades

A content we needed for this warm season, thank you. Since the shorts already got some textures in it, I’ll keep the rest simple to make the shorts as the statement piece. Love the shorts! This may be the only time in the UK that you could comfortably wear them frequently. Personally I’ve always veered towards basics and minimal aesthetics; I think that’s one of the big reasons why I love your fashion advice. I already have a Merino wool sweatshirt and have wanted the shorts for a long time. I’d style the shorts with: -My Panam triple brown shoes that I got in Mexico at flea market -Keeping the neutral/similar tones going I’d pair it with my white Uniqlo oversized tee -I’d also throw on white socks to keep a consistent pallet -To finish off the outfit I’d throw on my super thin/light brown three quarter fleece jacket -since it’s on the shorter end the white would pop out from the bottom and just tie everything in together, I’d also zip the fleece down to you could also see the shirt from above too -I’ll avoid jewelry for this outfit since it’d be to noisy Over all the outfit is a brown-beige-white scale color scheme and remains very proportionate

Great giveaway Tim and they would fit me perfectly. If i had had to style the shorts i would choose the following (from head to toe): - Like you said in this video, a beige cap is a good starter. And as it matches, i think it fits perfect with the shorts. - Coming down i think a plain, white UNIQLO airism tanktop would fit. As the shorts already have so much texture, going for the ribbed tanktop would be a bit to much i think. On top of the white tanktop i would put a black, oversized shirt. One with no cool buttons or anything, just one so it isnt overpowering the nice short. - For the shoes i would pick the Converse run star hike. I recently picked them up i love the fact that they are simple, but also have something special. As the sole is so high, it doesnt need any socks that go higher than the shoes. And they would match the color of the shirt and the shorts nicely. - And we cant forget the accesoires of course. The outfit only needs three things. First a silver necklace with a little pendant. And for the others two just one ring on each hand. I prefer one on the middlefinger, and on the other hand one on the ring finger. The most important thing for the shorts is that it becomes the focuspoint. You dont see them often, so you want to show them. And with the use of the color black you can make everybody look at you as well. And of course the outfit isnt complete with some dope tattoos.

Hey Tim, I really love your videos as well as your instagram posts. I really like your style which matches mine to a fair extent.. I love that you are so open-minded and not afraid of being a bit outside the box when it comes to fashion.. Hi, Tim! Another great video! Since I live in a country where it is hot, I would style those shorts with an oversized black t-shirt from Uniqlo. For the shoes, I would go with the Black Dr. Martens 1461 or Black Chunky Loafers (both with no-show socks or white socks slightly above the ankle). If it gets a little chilly, I would just use a grey hoodie to complete the look.

Love the video Tim! I'd style the shorts on a cooler but sunny summer day with: Some distressed summery knitwear: recently picked up this awesome "Chaga" sweater from the brand Vitelli (there's a couple left on Ssense), elongated hem and sleeves with distressed hems and holes all over that makes it super breathable for summer, off-white and taupe colour scheme, I think the shorts would match so well both in colour and style. Would then throw on these pink, frayed, patchwork Converse high tops I have, to carry on the distressed theme; then accessorise with a couple of chunky silver rings and maybe a chain; add an orange Ted Baker crossbody bag I have for a pop of colour; and finish off with a nice classic pair of dark, round sunglasses - at the moment I've had my eye on picking up some Oliver Peoples too, either the Eduardos from the Brunello Cucinelli collab, or some (much less expensive) Gregory Pecks

I would style the shorts super simple with an oversized uniqlo U airism white tee, a nice simple Casio metal watch and my grey and white 997H new balances with some no show socks. Kinda going for a retro korean vibe with the oversized tee and keeping it simple with the neutrals I would style it with a simple beige cap to pick up the colour from the shorts. Even though I agree with you about the shorts, I would style them with New Balance 550 white sneakers, white uniqlo socks and uniqlo u oversized t -shirt or cos mock neck boxy tshirt. In general earth and monochrome tones.

Just want to say that I’m a subscriber from before you had 20k. I remember seeing your videos and thinking “how does this guy not have over a million with the quality of his videos?” You stan out from the rest of the male fashion RU-vidrs to me alongside others like One Dapper Street and Harry Has. Although I have my own signature style, I always find it being influenced when watching your videos or others’ videos to add something new or a different take on my personal style. Okay, I'm procrastinating everything today except an essay of Derrida and this challenge. So, for a morning/afternoon outfit I would go with: -a white slim fit tank top from COS, tacked into the shorts (the tank has no texture bcz the shorts have a lot!) -a light green relaxed fit shirt (also from cos) over the tank top - for shoes, classic high top black converse (with white laces) For accessories i would go for -black round-ish eyeglasses, to pick up the colour of the shoes. They also turn into sunglasses, magnetically. - A minimal silver, short chain -A couple of silver rings -My staple silver Ankh earning (it's an Egyptian symbol) I would not add a cap bcz I have medium length curly 90s styled hair and I want to let it flow. I’d style them with high white socks in the beige Boston birkenstocks, a grey quarter zip over a fitted white ribbed tank, with the zip quite open to show a thin chain silver necklace with a pendant. To finish off I’d add a simple silver cuff and a ring, as well as a beige baseball cap, small silver hoop earring, and a pretty big beige tote bag!

I would style the short with white tank top and a beige or khaki cuban polo on top of the tank top. And the shoes that I'll probably wear will be the birkenstock with socks or a white sneaker. For extra style, I would wear two minimalist silver ring and sunglasses. I hope this is a good outfit in your perspective, Tim.

Mate loved this video and I agree with all of these points! I’d style the shorts a bit different, as I have seen a few insane stylings with shorts and a coat. So I’d wear a simple white tee and tuck it in to the shorts, layer a brown coat over that, and a tonal cap to round up the look. For footwear I’d go for Birkenstock bostons with some brown socks.

I'd style the shorts with... I live near San Francisco where it's cool all year round so the cozy warm material on shorts would be versatile all year long for me. I'd go for a unconventional look. - black denim fleece jacket - uniqlo t-shirt of beige or white (whatever the shorts color is) - beanie - silver chains - cozy cabin mocassins not typically a style worn with shorts but those shorts give a cozy vibe that would perfect the outfit.
