Yes in a way you are right, the fact I got the opportunity to work with a brand and therefore part of this video is an AD means I push myself to make content when I’m feeling a bit lost with you tube and under confident with it, as quite simply i have to do it as I’ve agreed to it. Whereas when it’s natural content I start questioning whether to do it or not. Also there’s nothing wrong with earning money off being online, I am one of millions of people doing the same thing. If you don’t enjoy my ad videos don’t watch them, or just watch the non ads, or don’t watch any of them at all. No one is forcing you 😅

Maybe just decide if it’s for you or not rather than churning out the same old stuff and doing Ads video after video, it’s just embarrassing for you. Obviously there is nothing wrong with earning money online, no one said it’s wrong to do so, but it’s the Ad after Ad. I used to enjoy your content Katie but it’s clear you’re not doing this for the right reasons anymore

@@pbf2681 i am just feeling a bit lost with my you tube but I’d like to try and get back into it, I’m still loving other forms of social media, but you tube is my favourite to watch on other peoples channels so I don’t want to stop doing it completely, I enjoy filming vlogs so I want to get back into it. I’m absolutely not doing it for the wrong reasons, and I’m not even sure why I’m replying back to you to be honest as you are entitled to your own opinion, but if you are going to leave opinions on my page I’ll respond to them. I have been doing this 12 years, way before you could make money from it. There are thousands upon thousands of new influencers starting every day solely to make money from this and other forms of social media, influencers who hide ads in every you single tube video, who don’t disclose (and these are huge creators, far far bigger than me), influencers who affiliate link every single thing in their you tube videos and instagrams to make money off their followers. Most people start nowadays to make money online. And you are telling me 4 ads since 1st June on here is embarrassing? Like I said you are entitled to your opinion and i appreciate feedback if it’s done constructively, but if you feel I’m doing it for the wrong reasons or that I’m embarrassing just don’t watch my things and get on with your day. As I said before no one is forcing you to watch them.

@@pbf2681 I’m not defensive at all, I’m stating my opinion on my own content and you tube channel, just as you’ve stated yours. I have been lost with it for years as I’ve been online a long time and things have changed and I don’t want to share like I used to, so it’s trying to work out how I want to share it. Like any hobby/job you have periods where you love it and feel inspired and periods where you don’t. You tube is a secondary form of social media for me, I’m not a you tuber, I was a blogger and now my main social media is instagram. I’ve never been hugely fussed about being really active on you tube bar a few years ago when I was advised I should be making multiple videos a week. I stopped though as it wasn’t for me, I don’t want to be a big you tuber. I just want people to enjoy whatever content I put out, whether it’s an ad or not. Clearly you don’t and that’s fine. I won’t be responding again but thanks for the feedback and just a reminder you don’t have to watch me if you don’t like me or my content.
