Today we are going to refresh the house, I finally got the new frame tv up and we added an antique frame around it! It was famiyl dinner tonight, so I did a simple summer tablescape to freshen up the diningroom. For dinner I decided to do a yummy Crispy Chicken with burrata and homemade ceasar salad! When my boys were little in the 80s, once in a while on one of those days Mom had had her limit, I would light candles for dinner and they would not talk above a whisper. Magical and blissful!

When you were talking about lighting candles to calm everything down, it reminded me when I had 3 very active boys , we started to eat by candle light every night, it made such a difference.

I have light in my top cabinets which are glass. I love just having that lighting on in the evenings when it's dark but once hubby comes home from work it's all bright, he hates that low lighting eating but I love it, so calming

I decorate for the seasons and holidays. For Summer I do a lemon theme inside, and this year I am doing a white and yellow daisy theme on my porch and front yard. I love how sweet and fresh it looks. I found beautiful daisy print on a very light aqua blue background pillow covers for the porch chairs. Happy Summer 🥰💐🌱🌞🌛🍒🏜💗✝🪐

If you like the jazz music it’s definitely not weird you should try some Disney area music that’s my go to background music. Listening to tree of life in the morning getting ready is always nice 😊 also add some fresh basil to your water bottle I love basil water all Summer! ☀️
