Get out there it's up and coming. If you get tired of China you can move to Albania without a work permit or visa since you're American.

Hi Jess! Great video, I am heading to Albania in a few weeks with no plans haha, I am thinking of renting a car but not sure how easy parking is around in Albania? Or is public transport good to get around the country? Do you have any info on that? God Bless :) Stef.

Hi! I'm not an expert, but I do know that there public transportation system isn't the best. Check out Anita Hendrieka's blog. She lives in Albania and has a lot of tips on her site!
