Quinta Katinka: off-grid farm of Katja and Robin in Central Portugal!
Summer came finally to and end. We have the feeling we did nothing but taking care of all the trees we planted. In every way possible... Now cooler days are coming and we have more time for other stuff like building, painting and all the fun projects that have been on hold :)

Awsome video guys, the sunrise is sublime, glad you survived the scorching 🥵 summer weather, cannot mulch enough with high evaporation, endless challenges, Robin playing snakes and ladders was funny😂

Rita’s a Malinois at heart❤. Keeping young trees alive becomes more poignant especially after the devastation of fires in Portugal recently. It’s not as easy as it seems. Lovely baby snake looking for a cool spot.

Hope the earth is not flat lol. Gorgeous sunset. That is very hot40 degrees. Should be cooler no? YEs bet it's challenging to keep everything watered in summer. Drip system great idea...Irrigation would be great too... Gina in Upstate New York USA moving to Portuga/Italy..
