Welcome! During today’s stream where we use a pomodoro style timer with 30 minutes of focuse + do a chatty bit of 10 minutes! We have a lot of fun during those tea-spilling breaks, let me tell you!
With it being summer and all, you can use the 30 minute focus timer to just read, write your book, work on knitting, or just whatever your heart desires because well… it’s summer!
No pressure here to have an intention for the next two hours!
