The second annual Summer Kickoff Party happened and It was so much fun! I scoured pinterest for some really cute ideas and I really think I elevated it this year! Thanks! And they don’t mind at all. Not sure if you were saying that sarcastically. Our neighbors aren’t too close and most of our parties don’t affect them at all, unless we have them over for food 😂 I asked them both if they heard the karaoke the next day and they didn’t. 👍 all good over here, our neighbors are our friends. 😊

We have great neighbors, too! We don't have to many parties but enjoy each other and go house to house. The kids play together and come over to do crafts. You are right, it's the little details. I am so happy to see kids playing outside and having a good time being kids. I remember being a kid with a mom who was creative. P.S. now you may have to "top" yourself for next year! Older kid parties are the best! They entertain themselves and they are easily pleased with food, etc. On the flip flop cookies, a little blue frosting around the rim of the platter, over the design, would be easy and a cute way to add a look of water. 😊
