Thank you for always being so early with the seasonal outfits 🙏 I live in Norway, so fall and winter starts much earlier here because it’s so cold. Also, would love to see a video with favorite perfumes for each season! 😍 Tysm ❤️

A very relaxing video! My hairdressers have always told me that washing your hair often is worse and dries it out more, that we should wash it only a couple of times a week! He contradicts that! x

I have a crap ton and my mom and I just had our appointment this past Tuesday and unfortunate and so sad to say my mom does have skin cancer and they are still watching mine as there are formals in question that are extremely dark and they are worried about so they did not remove them but they are doing the same thing which is just monitoring them and size color and shape and luckily over 3 months there was no change so I will go back in 6 months at this point but they did tell me to watch them. How that can happen when they're on my back I don't know but I'll have somebody else do it for me and my family but it is so important to stay on top of your health even if you think you are young as I am only 38 but cancer can come at any point in time and other health diseases and conditions so just be on it! I'm glad you're taking care of yourself Kate ❤

I have been on boats all my life, but only on lakes. We went to the UK and Ireland last fall and we took a ferry from Wales to Ireland. I was soooo thrown off. I didn’t get sick per se but I was not well. We even went to Lake Windermere during to same trip and I was pretty much ok. It’s very strange. 🙃

Also it always blows my mind how you guys travel on the opposite side of the road as we do in America and drive on the opposite side of the car and I'm like how does that even work but in theory it would make more sense that we're doing it backwards and you guys are doing it the SmartWay because as the driver how nice would it be to be able to just get out on the curb everywhere you go instead of having to get out in traffic lol

Hair loss can be contributed to diet, stress, low ferritin. As we age our hair will change. In my twenties I had a ton of hair. I am almost 50 and I have nowhere near the amount of hair I used to have. Most middle aged women don’t have a LOT of hair. You have a few more decades before you’ll catch up to the rest of us. Try not to worry too much about it!

First time watcher, found you through Suzie's south of France vlog, and just wanted to share my experience related to your sudden increased hair loss... did you have something particularly stressful happen to you 2-3 months ago? Or were really sick, maybe with the flu or a bad cold? Or did some fasting or changed your diet in some significant way? These have all been things that, like clockwork, trigger additional hair shedding when that phase of the hair growth cycle comes around 2-3 months later. It should gradually resolve itself, and the fact that this trichologist used your hair loss as an excuse to encourage you to purchase a whole slew of expensive products is frankly despicable, though exceedingly common. Because it will generally resolve itself, but you'll have been using the expensive products for a while at that point and will attribute the improvements to those products rather than your body's natural healing. That's how they convert you into a long-term customer. Sigh. But I feel ya, those extra handfuls of hair in the shower are rather terrifying. Fingers crossed to a speedy recovery :)
