Love JI and your look is beautiful! YES... please have Sean on. He's so sweet and talented. It would be fun if he could describe some of the makeup challenges we face and how to use the JI products to solve those problems -- building coverage, how to stay matte (yes, even with a powder foundation this can be tricky if you're really oily and live in a humid environment), how to use liquid concealer in conjunction with the powder, using the serum foundation as a base for the powder foundation (Lisa - do you ever do this? It's so pretty), tricks to extending wear, how to wear cream products over powder, artistry tips to look younger.. talk about how JI powder are different than other minerals and pro tips to get the most out of them. I could go on and on! In regard to JI products, I can attest that the mattifying primer is very good (and I generally don't like powders). I'm so glad you showed the lip stain. As a more mature lady, I recently discovered that these make great lip liners if you don't like the feel of the stain all over your mouth. They're great as liners because the don't drag, and you can easily blur them using a brush to appear very soft - and they absolutely do not creep into your lip lines. And they wear forever, Or, unlike many pencil liners, they don't get chunky or dry looking as the day goes on. Use as liner, let it set, then use a more moisturing lipstick over it (but they're also great all over the lips).

Definitely like the pressed powder vs the loose powder foundation - just wish the pressed had more product. Also really love the blushes (gives a slight natural glow so no highlighter needed), and her eyebrow pencil is amazing! This is such a pretty summer look, or anytime really! I love the eyeshadow colors and how they make your eyes pop and look so green. Hi Lisa; I’ve been using the Jane Iredale powder foundation for a couple of years; added the setting spray at your recommendation. I live in the Houston area, which, like Austin, has been H-O-T! Lisa I have dark circle that have been hard to hide. Still see the bluish tint under the concealer. I am going to try the Jane Iredale line and I was wondering if I should get the Corrective colors along with the Enlighten concealer. I like the No. 1 of the Enlighten, but just hope it will cover. I can't afford a lot of Jane Iredale, even though I love it. I have the powder foundation and the lash primer. I also have the powder blush in the shade awake, but it's in pieces. I bought it on sale somewhere else and they sent me the wrong shade. They replaced it, but as I was putting it in the compact, the cake fell out of the pan into my sink! I tried packing as much as I could, but it just doesn't work. I was going to replace that, but now after watching you rave over the stick blush, I'm not sure what to do!

I’m curious what the benefit is to setting cream bronzer with powder bronzer instead of just using powder bronzer alone? I hear this a lot so I figure there has to be a reason, I just don’t know what it is.
