I did wish Andie wasn't written out, so quickly; as similar to many, I found the relationship between Pacey and Andie - genuine (in spite of their age difference). Yet, apparently the writers saw the "true" relationship both on and off screen, between Joey (Katie) and Pacey (Joshua) and reached a challenging decision. Nevertheless, I do wish the writer's would have explored a far different outcome, with respect to Andie, and her character.
@@jkrasney1 The writers acted as if all they could think about was just one relationship, which was Pacey and Joey. Apart from that, the writers never truly bothered about giving good storylines to the rest of the main characters. Once the whole Pacey and Joey relationship ended, the bad writing was exposed for all the characters in seasons 5 and 6. At least Kevin Williamson gave better storylines to all the characters in seasons 1 and 2.
9:12 - i always thought it was hilarious pacey couldn't wait a few minutes for joey to quickly pack a change of clothes , it wouldn't have made a difference .............unless he was worried Joey would change her mind while packing
Back in the day I absolutely loved this show I was so in love with Joshua Jackson I stil love this show Hated that it was off the air only after five years😢 😢 😢 I hope I get to see the rest of the seasons of this show thank you for downloading this show
When Joey says to Dawson that she rows to his house it's like rowing home, it is a tell of her thinking about who Dawson is to her. He is just like a brother, and she had a crush and got confused about it. Then Pacey came along and she knew from them on who her true love was. Dawson and her say soulmates are what they are. I guess it's possible since they aren't related biol. I don't know what they're calling her and Pacey, though. Interesting
@@az21bob666 Well you know how it ends. She tells Jen when she is in the hospital, that she has ALWAYS known who she is supposed to be with. I think she means romantically. Because she can't cut ties with Dawson either. To me, it actually makes sense . If her relationship with Pacey ends, she knows that Dawson is her family. She will always have him forever.
She said it best to Pacey. Her love for Dawson has only ever been eternally innocent, he's tied to her childhood, but her love for Pacey was very real. So real it actually scared her, because she was comfortable being in this childhood bubble, but Pacey kinda burst that bubble and made her feel alive and free for the first time.
Doug told Pacey what would happen & Joey proved him right. He said he'd be left with no friends, no girl, all alone when PJ were sneaking around. Now that they're together, openly first thing Joey suggest is for pacey to go, while she goes & says Hi. Those are his friends too. If Dawson has an issue, he can go. They made it seem like it wasn't a mutual decision with PJ to be together.
but dawson went to pacey for advice about joey and paey told him to give her space and go after other women WHY at the same time going aftter her in secret so to dawson it was a huge betral
@@az21bob666 Technically pacey liked Joey first between Dawson and Pacey and said that openly to Dawson. he was also the first to kiss Joey. He asked his permission since they were best friends and he told him to go for it. It didn't work out, then Dawson started dating her. So it was Pacey who ended up rejected and Dawson then going after Joey, but only after pacey did. If we're being technical.
