I second this sentiment! Looking forward to more great videos from both of you, but the important thing is we're all out there enjoying what we're doing! And glad others are this time of year as well. 🙂
It seems like a bit of a trend for some of us. Summer comes and the views become less or inconsistent. It's good to know that it's a thing and not really anything we're doing wrong. I'll use the time to keep filming and then publish the more time intensive stuff come fall when everyone settles back into normal routines.
Hey Age 😊 I sometimes find the same my views go up and down a bit depending on the time of year. We’ve had overall a pretty wet and grey summer so far here in the uk so haven’t noticed it as much as I did last year. Like you say it’s good if it means people are out exploring and making the most of the sun ☀️ new ideas are always fun look forward to watching 😊
Yeah, I guess I didn't notice it as much last year because I didn't have as many subscribers then too😂 It's been nice out here, so I think there are a lot of people taking advantage of it while they can! I'll keep on doing my thing, because I think that's a good thing. Hopefully, the weather gets better for you over there😀

Yes, I think they are enjoying some time away! It has warmed up quite a bit here. Some days were a little too hot, for here, to get out and enjoy it , but overall it seem nice. We have a fire ban now so no campfires or wood burning stoves. I'll try to get out to some new places this year to explore😀
Here in Finland, it's the same thing, luckily, people are outside a lot more in the summer. Finland practically comes alive in spring when the amount of light and heat increases. You have plenty of time to make videos ready for autumn and winter. Now I've been busy at work myself and making and watching videos has become less, unfortunately.
@@agesadventures Working hours have not increased unless you want to do more. People have a month of summer vacation. Then there is a lack of manning and a rush anyway. Even if you work 24/7, that's not enough. Very stressful and exhausting. In Finland, young people go without work and lie at home like old people. Then people over 60 are forced to work and there are not enough jobs for the young and fit. In Finland, there are fewer people working than people who are not working
I'm fine with the views being down if that is normal. I think it probably is when it is summer time for the bulk of my viewers. I'll keep working on filming and then that should help me in the fall when things pick up again. Then I'll need to find time to edit😁
Have you ever thought of doing a few interviews? Outdoor photographers, others with channels, (backroad journals) comes to mind?, multi day hikes,? Cheers. Hope to see your channel grow more.
I have thought about doing interviews. May think about doing them as Livestreams. We'll see. There are a number of people I'd like to meet or interview with in the future. I don't know if I'll be doing multi-day hikes in the near future. You never know though. It will all depend on what my schedule looks like with work. I can see some trends of what works and what doesn't so I'll need to explore that more. I appreciate you coming along for the adventures😁
Thanks, Jim😁 Yes, I'll keep at it! There will still be videos coming out this summer. I'll also be filming through the summer. I just think that some of the more time consuming videos that I do will end up coming out in the Fall unless they are time sensitive. I'm already scheduled out a few weeks with videos, so I'll just keep adding to that as I go along here.
Yeah, just a little bit of a note. There are still going to be videos, but the more time intensive ones to make and produce will start coming out in the fall. I'll keep myself busy with filming though😀😀
I've been thinking about doing the same because videoing outdoors right now is harder due to the heat. I can't watch everything I want to watch either due to the busyness of life. Ugh.
Maybe you'll have to do indoor videos of you avoiding the heat😁 Yeah, when it gets really tough it makes it carder to video. I use my cellphones to video and yesterday while I was filming some stuff, they both shut off because they overheated, lol! So for a bit, I was just talking to myself for no good reason😂 Life can get pretty busy. It usually happens just as I'm about to get into a good rhythm f filming or editing.
Seems to be a bit of a consensus that views are down. Yeah, I think people are being a little more active out there rather than watching a bunch of videos! That's a good thing😁😁
I don't worry about my views cause they are to low anyway 😁😁 , but I do know that I'm more busy these days in summer, so I do watch all your videos 100% , but sometimes a 1-3 days delayed. Im looking forward to it and enjoy the same. Good tactic to film as much as you can, and upload later on Age 👍🏻😎
Eventually you'll get more views if you keep at it. The Summer certainly can be a busy time for us all. We get out to enjoy the longer nights and the better weather😁 I appreciate that you enjoy watching my videos! That's what keeps me making them😀 I will try to get lots filmed this Summer so that there is a backlog to work on in the Fall😊
