In my opinion, it needs heavy upgrading from the floors to the walk-in closet to the backyard to the garage bathrooms and kitchen. I think the house is very overpriced. I think a fair price would be 400,000…. because it needs at least one to $200,000 worth of upgrades in my opinion
Hey Jimmy, I appreciate your input! It's always helpful to get different perspectives on the value of a property. I know we all think that this type of home should not be half a million dollars, but that is the price they are selling for here in Summerlin. That is not my opinion, it's the data. Let me know if you need anything.
Hate the interior small and everything looks cheap as hell. At that price point 3 years ago in Texas you can get a big open mansion 4k square feet with all high quality materials. This really sucks big time sorry sir. This in texas would be about 250K.
I understand your frustration and agree with you. I remember when $250k would get you much more than this here in Vegas. But... this is where we are now. If you want to live in the master planned community of Summerlin, this is what half a million will get you, unfortunately. That's it... I"m moving to Texas! Thanks for your feedback and support.
