Bem vindo ao Brasil! Hope everyone’s enjoying the start to this summer! What type of things are y’all doing this summer? And what type of videos would you like to see from me this summer?? Love you all ❤️
I’ve been following your journey since your time started at the academy. My son is a preppie and a 25er and watching your videos has given me a lot of insight to yours as well as his life as a cadet. I appreciate all the time you put into making these videos and enjoy the rest of your summer.
This is fantastic! By the time you published this video, I was also thinking about the USAFA Summer Programs abroad. I'd want to go to Rwanda or Liberia with a minor in French for my choice. Seeing how you're enjoying the experience has only enlightened me on that part.
I’m heading to USAFA in a few weeks for BCT! I’m super excited and hope I get to meet you! You’ve been such a big help in getting me ready! Thank you so much!
Hey Zoe, I’m sixteen but I’ve been wanting to joint the air force academy for awhile. I’m going into my junior and I’m excited to start the application process in March. Do you have any advice for applying or tips?
Hi Zoe! I’m a new subscriber and I would really like to join USAFA when I’m older, but it’s far away from my family. How do you cope with being away from your family so much/how much time do you have to see them?
I've been watching your channel since last February, love the content! I know this is more of a question for an admissions officer, but have you ever heard of a air national guard member attending usafa?
From what I've heard and seen, you can get into USAFA even if you were enlisted. Doesn't even have to be Air Force. Could be Air National Guard, Reserves, active duty, etc.
Hi Zoe! Is it possible to have classes in more than one foreign language? The idea of being in a foreign country whose language one’s majoring/minoring in sounds cool:)
I’m a freshman in high school right now, and USAFA is my top choice for colleges. You said there was a break over the summer when you can go home. How long is that break? Also, for the job shadowing, is it every job in the Air Force, or only a select few.
The summer is broken up into 3 3-week periods so for one of them you go home and the other two you do a summer program for! For the job shadowing, It’s every officer job that you can shadow for OPS AF. But for CSRP it does not have to be an Air Force job that you shadow.
hopefully! sorry to ask but if possible could u share a bit of how u got in? like did u have like stellar grades etc. how did you get recruited, stuff like that. It's my dream to go there but I'm an international student from Antigua and I think for me it's going to be really hard to get in.
@@sibleycharles6725 I wouldn’t say my grades are what got me in. I was recruited to tune track here so I took that path in terms of how I got in. Since you are coming from another country I’m not sure how that process would work. But if I’m not mistaken I think you would have to get a nomination from Antigua.
is it common to have people in their twenties be an incoming freshmen? I plan on attending the academy within the next two years and i'm a bit nervous to be a freshmen at 21, i could go in at 20 , but i think i want to finish up my associates degree at the community college first so i can enjoy a little more time with my family and boyfriend before im gone for years.
There are a lot of people that at come in in their 20s especially since there are prior enlisted that come and some people that go to prep schools or go to college for a year or so before and then come to the academy after! So trust me no one will be surprised ;)
