Former US Treasury Secretary and Wall Street Week contributor Lawrence H. Summers says that US higher education is still the envy of the world, but that elite universities have lost their way. He joins David Westin on the sidelines of the Aspen Economic Strategy Group's annual meeting.

I have studied in many parts of the world and I can tell you the quality of tuition in the USA and British universities are not that great when compared with what you pay for them.
