A national summit on improving air travel for people with disabilities was held Thursday. It was convened after CBC News reported on several cases of alleged mistreatment by different airlines. After wheelchair user Ryan Lachance said he was dropped and injured by an Air Canada crew, he says if Canada wants to be a world leader in accessible air travel, they need to be "held accountable" when things go wrong.
