I like it, takes up little space and puts out some heat. Gets the cab warmer then the factory heater in my daily c10

thanks, they are good heaters but sometimes space becomes an issue on a few things.

Cant say, i sold the truck years ago so i am not sure.

Yea space seems to be the only issue. They have some other sizes its possible they habe a smaller one

Efurd Garage I noticed the smaller one has 3 or 4 vents that need modifying if your going to run ducting. I think I’ll make a template the size of the unit and mock it up behind the ac delete plate. Sucks I have the LS ecm there but oh well

Templet is a good idea. I had to find a smaller on on ebay for an s10 i did. It was a little taller but thinner.

Well if it has coolant in it and the engine is over 130 you should feel heat. I would check flow and engine temp. Make sure its not getting an air pocket

It cam with it and i mounted it where the stock on would go. you can move and mount it where you want

@Efurd Garage thank you for the reply... appreciate that! I'm looking into this one to add to my old datsun 240z. Acouple guys done it before. Do you remember what size fuse it requires? And if the heater core in it is replaceable?

@@damnitdang it should be replaceable cant recall the part number for the core its self. ic cam with a harness and fuse

i dont see why you couldnt, its adjustable so you can change the angle. you could also just find a way to run the ducts to the windshield, really as long as you can fab or come up with something it could really go anywhere.

I did an install video on it if you want to see more details. But basically it behind and to the side of the glove box

If its getting power and the fan is working then either the engine coolant is not warm enough or your not getting coolant to it in most cases.

If your thermostat is okay, then it could be that the pump cannot pump the water easily to go the extra distance through the cooling lines. Go to Amazon and get a Bosch Automotive Electric water pump. Add the pump to the coolant line before the core. The circulation will be more efficient this way. No harm.
