@@carolusrex5213 not at all really a taser weighs eight ounces and a cops gun weighs over two pounds and also a tasers handle is about a third of the size of a guns handle an a taser has a flashlight a red and green dot that is used to be able to see targets and fire accuurately but of you know anything about then they are not simmular and are made differently on purpose to help cops tell the difference

@mentallyRdacted I mean he hardly valued his own life when the cops had him boxed in with weapons drawn and he still tries to drive away by ramming the cop cars... Not exactly the smartest thing to do if you're expecting to not be harmed. Perhaps that one cop could've used a taser before going straight to lethal but there's no need to make a big deal out of it and start ooc malding towards all of the cops. It's also irrelevant because summit himself said that he didn't care about the shooting. He was mad because the cops didn't let them get a faster car, after already stopping the chase and letting them get into another car when their original car disappeared which isn't the cops fault in the first place. Like wtf? Are the cops supposed to be on your side all of a sudden just because of an unfortunate bug? How does that make any sense in RP? And then he starts projecting and saying the cops care more about winning than the RP which is literally what he is doing. He's just mad because they failed the heist lol

Seems like the past few weeks that Ive been watching np-3.0 vids, the pd has gotten SRSLY out of hand with some stuff...like its almost no fun watching anything with cops in it anymore. The PD cars are super beefed, which I kind of get, but they act very non RP. Super fast tasing, cuffing and arrests seem to be a common thing anymore, and its only thru the efforts of people willing to play the RP out so its not just bad (most of the chang gang) that makes it tolerable. Good job to Chawa, Mr K, and the assorted guys who make up the gang for doing so. Excellent Job on the Admins part for finally stepping in.

Depends what you play.. if i play a competitive game, well yea.. sure.. i take free wins all day long.. but if its rp thats another story

@@alexpap7876 Being competitive is a mindset it has nothing to do with the game you are playing. The Irony is that by doing exactly what I described the players are anti competitive. Competition has it's purpose for the learning experience not for the win. Most of the time there is nothing to win just like in this case with cops, it's how I would describe being "competitive" coward.

@@AvatarSampai It does affect it, im competitive in fps games but not at all when playing mmo's or rpg's. In fps games i always try my hardest no matter what, because i have fun that way. Even if im facing only 3/4 people.

@@alexpap7876 it's more of a respect thing for the team that lost a player since it's out of their control. best example i can give is when i play comp rocket league and someone gets disconnected the extra guy usually just sits in the net while the others keep going and rotate with a teammate here and there

Cops let them get a new SUV... then they saw how slow it was, them being them, they assumed cops would just know they will be getting a new car out. Cops have been dealing with endless chases with crims getting out right there when their cars are smoking and about to break and just pull out new ones. Theres this little feature called OOC where you can literally say "hey want to get the same car we had before the poof". They didn't. Chang Gang assumes once again.

I wouldn’t say that they are bottom of the barrel when it comes to RP, and leaving it generalized. I would just say that what they l lack in cop RP, they make up for in civ, or even crim RP. But I do agree that their cop RP is always more heavily weighted in the tryhard/must always win category.

She was following Koil orders to not stop the RP, yeah the cops went too hard given the situation but it was a communication problem, you can go watch the VOD on her stream, she understood how shitty the situation was but they literally acted on Koil's instructions. It's easy to shit on someone as a viewer when you have a lot of perspective since you are only watching the situation unfold, but the streamers only have their POV and have a lot of other shit to worry about wether it be in game mechanics, RP mechanics or not enough info. Overall I feel for everyone involved, I'm sure it will be handled better in the future. Just remember everyone is trying to have fun and its just a game, hating on someone might not be a big deal for you since you will forget about it in a couple hours, but for the streamers is really taxing, and everything just for a game, summit moved on immediatly, so should we.

@@Olorile They've changed the SOP's for cops coming into 3.0. Usually cops would wait longer to pit cars but now on bank jobs they pit almost immediately it seems like. I still don't think they are allowed to shoot unless they get shot at first or if someone points a gun at them. So no idea why Summit got gunned down at the end right there instead of just getting tased out of the car. Had no door or windows so not like they would have missed unless they were an extremely bad shot.

@@Encest_5 They obviously notice it, but they aren't gonna pop the tires so a hostage gets killed. That's the whole point of the hostage, as well as not letting the cops come inside the bank.

The officers in the back cant see if summit will or has already hit the two officers in the front. So as a fast reaction to protect their fellows, they have to shoot. It blows my mind that people dont think you would be shot if you ran your car over police cars and go full gas in a direction facing two officers? Like what the fuck do you guys expect to happen in a real life situation? Exactly that. I know its not comparable but they have to act fast here, if they dont shoot 2 officers could be down'ed. They chose the "minivan" and started driving like fugitives again, then a minute later decided it wasn't fast enough to win so they wanted to switch cars for free again. Sounds more to me like the criminals wanted a guaranteed win situation than the cops.

They didn't exactly have a lot of options to choose from. that's why they drove the shit car to a car that was the exact same type as they had before, that would of been fair. But the cops are mentally disabled

Except that you can't just find an equivalent vehicle within 20 seconds. They needed specifically a sultan because that is the only chance they would have at getting away. Even the sultan is bad compared to the police cars, but it is the only car they can use to get away.

To be honest the window of the car summit was about to break would've been better than that shat they were driving and probably would've given than a decent chance as well. Even than usually it's not the car that matters because there is one advantage you'll always have when your the guy being chased, you're ahead so then that means ankles can be broken and the route they choose also helps them escape. Like earlier when his friend said to fly it off into the ocean would've been better, since the cops don't want their shit in the ocean, so they have to drive across the beach and swim, easy escape after they would've found a boat. But yeah that car was absolute donkey shit, so I don't know if they would've even reached the pier.

@@nitroatom2986 There is not any 4 doors that can roll the police cars. That's the point. Sultan is the only vehicle currently available that has a chance if the driver is good enough, but the police cruisers are still much faster. Sultan tops at like 110 MPH and police cruisers are at least 130.

After they pinned and attempted to smash him to death with 3 cars ramming him all at the same time, forcing his vehicle up onto the lane divider, at which point he was already on top of the police cars because they literally maneuvered that way to keep him from escaping. Are you high lol?

@@justanothermind9449 but this isn't real life is it? This is an RP server, designed for making content within the reasonable parameters of what's considered RP. And there's a bedside manner that's already been established on GTA servers like this, that people will lean towards trying to make the best of a situation from an RP content standpoint rather than always going with the "logical gaming outcome", as in, what you would naturally do if you were trying to achieve a particular goal (like "winning", in whatever way your play style would define the term i.e. if you're a cop, you catch and arrest people). There are at least a dozen ways I can think of off of the top of my head (and I don't even own the game, nor have I ever played on an RP server) that they could have used unfortunate circumstances (a car poofing glitch and a horrible vehicle selection) to create MUCH better content and had a lot more fun (which consequently means more fun for us, the viewers, as well). They could have "made it fair" by having the lead officer hop into a junker too and have a "play" chase. They could have caught them without shooting or try-harding, and then used the poof glitch as part of the RP and report it as extra-terrestrial activity. They could have pretended that all of the players disappeared along with the car, and treated it as an unexplainable phenomenon. ANYTHING TO KEEP THE "SHOW" GOING, because that's literally the point. When you watch RP, you're basically watching a bunch of players share in a game of make-believe. That's what this is. Getting hyper sweaty when the fun of this playstyle has nothing remotely to do with "winning" is not good content.

RP rules. The real bad part is that cops shoot at them when they where stuck. Think about it. Sum has rammed cops before, int and not int, but now he was stuck, the car noves over other cars and ended near cops, not ramming them, Just near, and They shoot. Thats failed RP.
