Summiting Mt. Matutum 

My earliest memory of Mt. Matutum dates back to about 23 years ago when I started my first job, which required traveling to this part of the island. Since then, it has become one of the most prominent landmarks in Mindanao for me, second only to Mt. Apo. Little did I know that I would one day summit this mountain. While the trail isn’t technical, it’s far from an easy climb. It demands substantial physical and mental stamina, putting one’s endurance to the test.
