Esnaring arrow no longer works with bleed so with simmon reaper, your only option is to use temptest rising boots to make enemies move for bleed, I think GGG should change one of the reapers buff to aggrevate since the attack speed and aoe and stuff isnt really a necessary thing, we have minion speed support to use instead, but I would like to see 40 percent chance to aggravate bleed with hits, since vulnerability has 10 percent already, the 50 percent would be the way to go.
