I realized its not RNG, its just a pattern i think. Just watch closely the Abilities of Ellernate, And hear the voicelines, they loop. Which that means, we cant blame on RNG on this game because it doesnt exist :D! (Tbh, having a Free rng game is very very very very very very very very very very good and very very very very very very very very very very entertaining. No rage quitting, just playing and having fun.)
