90 percent of the time that's how it works. Find me an ex drug user who didn't either switch to a different drug or switch to a different addiction like working out or watching TV. Addictive personalities are real. Once you have one, replacing it with a better one is a great first step most of the time

Tobacco is a carcinogenic plant no matter how you intake it, snuff will for sure give you oral cancer and that is the only other way to intake nicotine other than to smoke/vape it. Tobacco is also psychoactive stimulant, it has a high with it and essentially all stimulant derived drugs help with ADHD even methamphetamine. No matter how you try to put it, tobacco is horrible any angle you look at it

Nicotine interferes with parts of the brain designed for development, particularly in people under 25 being more susceptible to addiction. It disrupts attention, learning, moods,and impulse control. Besides smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco , your only other method of intake is a nicotine lozenge with a tiny amount of nic and thats to wean you OFF tobacco products. Vapes and e-cigs aren't the same thing you guys are confusing the 2 but smoking on a daily basis is bad in general try to only smoke like 4 times a week and eventually get it down to like 2 times a month
