Coop and Lindsay, personally i think you should put Lindsay's reviews in the main Garage Gym Reviews channel. They can be named uniquely (e.g. Lindsay reviews Sun Home Cold Plunge Pro) for people to be able to tell them apart but i think Lindsay's awesome reviews deserve more of an audience and i think followers of the main channel will find a lot of Lindsay's reviews interesting and useful.
I love a cold ice bath hydrotherapy session after my weekly long endurance runs. This is one cold tub I would actually consider. Currently I have 100 gallon rubbermaid stock tank from Tractor Supply that’s normally used as horse trough but also works great as an ice bath. I fill it with 240 lbs of ice ($64.5) and it gets down to ~33⁰ F which is exactly what my tired legs need after running 16-20 miles to bring down the swelling and soreness. I do three 3 minute sessions for 9 minutes total. Might not sound like a lot but it really helps as I’m not hobbling around afterwards. The price is a bit steep, it would take three+ years to pay for itself. Commercial grade ice makers go on sale at or below $1,000 at times. Wondering if that would be the better deal. The water usage is a factor of course, which we use to water our plants and animals. Will have to weigh it further.
Let me know if you decide to go with something different. Sounds like you have a pretty good set up as it is, but the convince of having a built in chiller is too nice! - Linds
