I am woman with Leo sun and rising, but I don’t agree that we only receive. We are extremely generous people in general and also serving when it comes to people whom we love. We are and do come across as extremely confident but we are very sensitive, vulnerable, and have our own insecurities (like a child or a kitten) from within but we never show that to the world.

Actually, as a leo female I admit that I tend to overlook those that admire me... It's sort of a "yeah yeah I know" feeling. But as an 8th house Sun the deep value for certain individual is there.

It's not true that Leo women dont admire or respect back. They do, provided the the other person has earned the admiration/respect. A leo female is not for every Tom, Dick & Harry. Leo women are high quality with the substance to back it up vs a high maintenance drama queen. :)

In Vedic astrology, sun in Leo, moon in cancer, and Capricorn rising! I feel more like the Vedic interpretation than the western which says I'm sun in Virgo, moon in Leo, and Aquarius rising.

Leo sun here! And I agree with most of these things. I am self dependent and have high self esteem. I like royal places and things, admire well dressed and behaved people but it also draws me to people who need help

I have stellium in Leo 1st house, my level of confidence is out of this world. If you are an immature Leo this can bring big ego and arrogance but if you are an evolved one this placements bring you self love, self respect and great sense to understand what you really are and want in life, also you so much take care of your persona that you never allow somebody to treat you like shit or be abusive toward you which is really good.
