This was my first time to do this one. I was laying on my acupressure mat and I fell asleep. I don't remember anything. I am trusting my body did. I will do this one again sitting up. Thank you Darius❤
I love that SO much Michelle. Sometimes the most spiritual, replenishing thing we can do is take a nap! Your body stored what you needed and you can always come back and revisit. Big love, D
My kids and I have done this one together a few times now. It's our favorite one. The longest one the children sit through. They are 5 and 6. My 6 yr old asks me "Can we do the super hero meditation" and afterwards he says."I feel so much stronger mommy, I got a lot of power from the sun!"
