About energy transmission

Thank you Rachel. This video turned me into a regular meditator. Before that I could never do it consistently. I listen to this at least 4 times per week and it seems to be increasing. I definitely feel calmer and healthier as a result. I am a psychiatrist so I try to listen carefully, empathicly and actively. It has always been a challenge to understand people’s emotional pain and be supportive without being negatively affected by it. This meditation is a great help. I Have recommended you to friends family and patients.

Woah, 5D sync - I've had this in my Watch Later for months. Yesterday I suddenly thought of a white light extending from the crown chakra up, into the infinities, and another from the feet down to the core of the Earth, to feel spiritual empowerment. May I add that: this simple - honest and beautiful meditation helped me so much. I felt connected to Mother Earth in a way I have not in years despite trying healing from others. I clearly saw & felt the connection of white light bellow & above I managed to see spheres of light spinning chakras tho they had no colour - each one looked like a transparent ball of golden -light -thread. Honestly I had trouble visualising the violet triangle I had to think it in place rather than see it, but I have hopes this will change with daily practice. I am filled with Gratitude and Light & Peace at finding a positive way to transmute all the hate & negativity that’s been directed at me. I will pass this love & light on every day THANKYOU ! . BRIGHT ! BLESSINGS ! I work for free in the community helping others - and finding this meditation today is the help I have asked for ! Sitting on a small express airplane and was feeling intense pain in my neck and shoulders as other passengers boarded. Guy in front of me was shifting around and his seat was hitting my knees and causing me anxiety. Put my headphones in noise cancellation mode, pressed play, closed my eyes and allowed myself to connect with this program. As I am writing this the pain and tension is almost completely gone and I’m ready to take flight. 🙏

I've made a conscious decision to play this every morning. As an empath, and especially with these planetary shifts, I have been particularly sensitive. This has helped re-centre my mind and in turn my day. I feel less exhausted by the time I make it back home. It is a gift
