Cool video. I'm looking at a used 16 ft DLX. And wondered what the D stands for? I'm guessing Deluxe or something. After watching your video i don't see anything different between them. Just thought when you ordered yours they might have talked about the different models. Anyway awesome pontoon and hope you have a blast.

I’m looking to buy a boat for my husband for his birthday. He loves fishing, but I also want something my son and I can enjoy with him from time to time . Would this be as good of a boat for a day out on the water as it is for going out to fish?

I have the same boat and every once and a while i blow the main relay fuse which is under the cowling.

Where did you get your battery storage and does it do a good job of keeping the batteries dry?

What are the dimensions of the fuel tray? I have a 2020 and all of the options for larger tanks will not fit unless I modify the original tray. My tray is 20” across. I mounted a 12 gallon in the motor pod. But would like to go to just a 12 or 9 gallon in the tray. I went with a 24 volt 80lb and stored the batteries under the helm. Get the quick connect battery terminals! Mounted the charger where the house battery is. I wish they would come with the 60hp. It’s the same block as the 40 and 50. They just restrict the motor. Have 300 hours on mine and still going strong.

Does it load onto the trailer pretty easily?
