Huge thanks to Aldona Harnett, a grade 4 teacher at Sunalta School, for stepping up and running the first official frisbee club!
The club meets twice a week - Div 1 on Tuesdays and Div 2 on Thursdays - for 30 minutes, where they work on their throwing & catching skills, accuracy & target throwing skills, and on their freestyle & trick skills.
I'm working with them to run a Frisbee Meet and hopefully have another school join us for a fun competition!
