I have really enjoyed listening to your thoughts on LDS theology, practice and comparison with other ideas. I wonder if you could talk about your exp of why traditional Christians convert to the LDS faith, and how you know you’ve exp’d a personal testimony. Thanks!
Sorry for the delay in responding. I will collect some thoughts and observations about your question. I do think the overarching reasons are they find answers to questions that aren’t found in the traditional creeds and doctrines. Also in the teachings about the eternal nature of family relationships, both in our families here and to God as our literal Eternal Father.
You think the Devil is going to come at you looking like a monster? NO.. He coming at you looking like a an "angel of light.." (Didn't Joseph Smith had an angel of light appear to him?). II CORINTHIANS 11:14-15 "And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works..." So Mormons, which Jesus do you believe in? A. Your jesus of the Book of Mormon, who is the brother of Satan. OR B. The Jesus of the Bible, who is God the Son 2nd person of the Trinity.
