That's it!! I've read the comments and enough is enough! Most of y'all don't even have a clue of what he was going through at the time. 2014 the brother was sick and weak to the point where he almost cancelled his upcoming events, so the doctors gave him steroids and that caused alot of weight gain. He strongly regrets taking them. Then ignorant people like y'all noticed his weight gain and made fun of it immediately on his Instagram page and Facebook page.... He later went into a depression and it has gotten worse... Since some of you know it all, here's an update that won't make you laugh as much. God has been dealing with this dude tremendously. He just released his single "Pour your oil" and it's blessing people all over, myself included. I thank God for that song because that oil needs to be poured on this wicked world and most of you in this comment section prove that point very well! Smh ... He now has a personal trainer and he has lost 20 pounds so far. It's a working progress. His album is dropping May 4th and he announced that he's overcoming his depression in the name of Jesus🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 and he's releasing a book as well. Some of you still won't get it, but hey, to each their own, y'all keep talking, while God is blessing this brother. Just know that while you're flapping your jaws and laughing at him, the devil is laughing at you. YOU could be missing out on your own blessing from God, because you're so focused on roasting Josh on his weight. There's an old song that says "Sweep across your own front door before sweeping across someone else's" give it a listen!.....News flash there are also two things called, tearing eachother down and building eachother up. Y'all have mastered tearing eachother down of course, but let's see if you could master building eachother!!.... . God Bless.
Joel Nicholson Jr. Thanks for the input. Weight can be lost; low self-esteem from the foolishness of critical comments is not always so easy to shed. This man might be large, but I am happy that he continues to do more in the Kingdom than many "average sized" individuals. Some people are as shallow and ignorant as their grammatically incorrect posts.
Joel Nicholson Jr. Thanks Brother. As an advocate for young people and a mentor to young men at my church, I have a major issue with individuals who cause self-esteem shaming to anyone. This especially upsets me when comments border on the verge of attacks. Let us both pray for him, his health, and the declining spiritual health of the Church. Ironically, singers who use profanity laced speech, dress inappropriately suggestive, and commit all types of ungodly acts are applauded for their "keeping it real". God is going to keep it real, too, when He denies a lot of self-indulgent righteous folks entrance into the Kingdom. "I never knew you..." Matthew 7: 21-23. Blessings!

And more than likely it's insecure vein idiots or other fat people ( who are probably bigger than him) that can't grow in grace and find a compliment for anyone in their hearts. Joshua...if you are reading any comments on here that can bring a negative vibe....my advice is that you keep pushing passed it. We all have something in our lives that we should’nt and sometimes don’t take pride in. I love your press and the spirit of God is on you heavily. B Ford You're very welcome. I'm praying for brother Joshua Rogers, he has gone through quite a bit these past couple of years, but trials come to make us stronger. As long as he keeps the faith and doesn't give up, things are going to work out for him! I'm a living witness. God Bless you B Ford and stay encouraged. Lately I've been fasting and praying and getting into the word of God and I'm learning more and more about how great God is! Stick with him and he won't fail you.
Billy Hamilton The same thing that happens to others who are battling issues that are not relevant to the judgement of uncouth individuals. This young man's weight gain is no laughing matter. I wonder if you would "lmbo" if you had a family member who was deathly ill and overcame that sickness, regardless of the caveat of weight gain.

Biggz Smith Knows anything about fasting? I personally believe we all need to make sure we stay praying and fasting, look at what's happening in our society today, look at all the people dying in their sins and turning away from God... Joshua's weight is the very least of our worries. Joshua didn't even gain all of this weight due to eating, he was sick for a minute and the doctor gave him steriods and after taking them, it stayed in his system causing him to gain so much weight. This has hurt him so much especially mentally and he went into a depression at one point, so please sir I ask that you keep this brother in prayer. And for the record he posted a video on Facebook while him and his manager was in the gym announcing that Josh was currently on a fast, so I wouldn't necessarily say he doesn't know "anything" about fasting...Mr smith no harm done sir, God Bless you and may God keep you.
