They do! The key is letting your veggies and fruits dry first! I usually let them dry over night on a towel. Sometimes I'm inpatient and things go bad quicker.

I left AZ the day it got hot! Alaska..hmmm what about the winters? Haha

Maybe in time Alaska year round, as Phoenix in the winter is not even cold, we haven't turned on the heater in yrs. If we weren't in the winter of our lives, we would be leaving Arizona for New Hampshire or Maine...a small village or town sounds lovely..but, we need to be near excellent healthcare providers, no country doctor at this age...lol... Glad you made it out of Dodge before the heat set in and even in time the pool is no longer refreshing, more like bath water...you timed your visit just right..👍 Had to laugh when you said summer was a time for visitors..here it is winter when we see friends from out of state, it's like we have a swinging front door on this home..they book our home well in advance and bring their golf clubs, they have found a piece of heaven in the desert..😊

The ginger cleans but sometimes it takes sweetness from berries, this baking soda gets pest stuff off an Fla bot stays in better. Just saying.
