That is a semi racing motorycle not a full cruiser motorcycle , high revving engine , its supposed to be ridden like that. Whatever you have mentioned 50kmph in 1st gear , 80kmph in 2nd .... , that is still counted as early shifting for this motorcycle

Cruising in the 3rd gear at 80 km/h at 6000rpm, when you can do exactly the same but in the 6th gear at 4000rpm with still plenty of torque if required! Less noise, vibrations, lower fuel consumption, longer lifespan of an engine. I understand, if you want to accelerate as rapidly as you can, then you would use every gear as long as possible. But these guys are not racing, but simply slowly cruising at lower gears.
