Start with a roux ( equal parts butter n flour) and minced garlic. slowly whisk in half/half. Melt in Parmesan and Romano cheese. Add seasoning of choice. I added lemon/pepper, thyme, and oregano, and a little salt. I add more lemon juice as well because I like the flavor. Just be careful when adding in liquid because you don’t want to break your sauce. Just taste here and there to balance and boom 💥 lol 😁
