Hello on Sunday :)
Today we had a busy day, firstly in the garden and then made some cakes before preparing and eating Sunday lunch. It was such a beautiful day (no coats!) so we went for a river walk, which Ky loved, and visited a Church. By this time we needed cappuccino :-) (of course) so we went to the Churchside Cafe owned by the lovely Rachael, and which is situated in the grounds of the ancient Church at Botolphs; beautifully peaceful and scenic with the South Downs in view.

From the northwest of the USA, thank you for taking us on such a lovely walk. We watched it before we went to sleep - it gave us both a peaceful light hearted feeling.

Thank you David. Oh you should definitely try and visit, and when the café is open at weekends - weather permitting I think (Saturdays 10 - 4 and Sundays 12 - 4). Thank you for your kind words 🥰

You certainly packed a lot into your Sunday! The fields by the Adur looked drier than I would have thought and nice to see the hatch at Boltolphs open for another season.

Oh yes Jean, always busy busy 🥰 It was a lovely walk along the river albeit a tad windy, but not much mud thankfully. I love visiting the café at Botolphs and by the river; she has two locations, did you now? Rachel's coffee is delicious 🥰

Hello Lynn Richard and Ky oh so lovely to see all the flowers coming out forget me knots tulips daffodils and now the bluebells plus the blossom on the trees but last but not least the trees all breaking out into leaf spring is here , just wish it would warm up a bit more. Lovely walk Lynn does Ky ever go into the river ? Thanks again for sharing it all with us great music by the way 😊❤x

Thanks so much for coming along with us on our day Fiona and I'm glad you enjoyed seeing all the flowers and trees in leaf, it was so pretty at Coombes with the bluebells and daffodils still blooming. Yes, Ky always goes in the river; I'm not sure why he didn't venture in yesterday, he loves the water.
