I have arthritis it was diagnosed about 6 years ago after having pain i couldn't bare for about 2 years so finally went to GP. Have it in both feet both knees and both hips ,within 2 years of having pain in my hip x rays showed the bones are crumbling away in my right hip and I'm getting a hip replacement within the next 12 months. I work in a kitchen and up until Christmas I spent 5 and half years working either 2 jobs or 60 , 70 plus hours a week in one job. Now I've cut to 3 days cause I'm physically not able, and my goodness when the weather changes I can barely walk. But still managed ( don't know how ) to get to work and in the last 6 years I've never been out sick or missed a day. Well apart from ending up in hospital for a month with something else. Its frightening cause I need to work and some days I actually have to use the kitchen counters to hold onto when I'm walking .

I remember watching your videos back then, you were in the year above me and I always remember I was the only one in my group of friends that hated going to school, to the point I was drained and it made me feel sick (school was literally the worst years of my life) I found it so comforting watching someone that felt the same as me and that I could relate to, I have watched your videos ever since, your so inspirational x

Couldn’t agree more with the secondary school thing. I am 18, currently at uni but my last 2 years of secondary was awful. Was probably the fact I fell out with my best friends at the time but still 😭

I am also a soya milk gal and I had been an Alpro No Sugars drinker for years but a year ago I had to get the unsweetened longlife soya milk from Aldi as Alpro was getting too expensive for me and for 1/4th for the price the Aldi one actually tastes very similar and trust me, I am SUPER picky when it comes to my soya milk. :)

Emily I’m a nail technician and you have no idea how much happiness it brings me to see someone use oil on their hands as part of their pamper session. It absolutely will contribute to your nails lasting longer because it really helps keep your cuticles hydrated and healthy and it stimulates nail growth and as your nails grow, it will help them grow in healthy too and protect your gel manicures Xx

I hated secondary school. We had supply teacher after supply teacher, got us to copy out of the text books, only other teachers we did have spent the lesson telling off the whole class for a select few playing up, then would keep us after the bell went then we were told off by the next teacher for being late (that next class was also the opposite side of the school) 🙈. I’d also go home at dinner time with “stomach ache” as I knew my mom wouldn’t send me back, school never questioned it happening so often. I also used to have frequent migraines at school. Loved it once I left and started college.

Can I just say living in London really isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. It’s extremely expensive, high crime rate, and super busy all the time. Yes I do live in London and can’t wait to move away. Other then that yes it has so pretty buildings and great landmarks 😊

I used to live in London and while there are a lot of good things about it, I agree with all the points you raised. I left London 10 years ago and have since gotten married, had a family and moved to another country this year, and I honestly don't miss it (maybe the shops, they're amazing haha). Keep your chin up, you'll find somewhere that makes you happy ❤️

I’ve got osteoarthritis from breaking my back the only thing that helps is swimming and deep tissue muscle massages, if you haven’t already, deffo try it.

You mentioned your green undertoned skin and struggling to find foundation in your shade. Have you visited Greece? I would imagine you could stock up on your favorite brands in your shade. Olive skin tone is more common there. I imagine it would be difficult to find your shade in the UK.

I’ve had rheumatism since I was 2. My gran,mum,me,sister,both daughters and bro have it. It will become arthritis, the dampness even just in the air sets it off 😞
