Rick,I am back in Georgia. I really enjoyed sitting with you and discussing life...and Corvette! I checked my watch afterwards and we talked for 1 1/2 hours! It seemed like 10 minutes.
When I bought my used C6 (private party) the first thing he showed me was the levers to open the doors manually. Over the years I’ve met quite a few Corvette owners who were not aware of them (or maybe forgot)…good reminder Rick…thanks for all you do for the Corvette community!
Good to hear you’re feeling better, Rick! Hope you continue to recover. We wish you only the best!! If you only knew how often we listen to Anna Yvette sing that song!! We can’t stop! Love ya!
Rick, it looks like you're feeling great! A fun Coffee with Conti, Tech Tuesday combo. Enjoyed Jeff's story of Corvette ownership and especially your guidance for the poor soul locked in the car. Maybe you need to start a Rick 911 Corvette Conti Emergency Line!!! Thank you for all you do for the Corvette community.
Thanks for answering my question on the BV4 personalized plaque, I talked to the dealer again and they placed the order and told me that the NCM or factory would call me directly. I am very thankful for my dealer reaching out to me, up here in MN they don't sell a lot of Vettes so they probably don't know all the ordering process but should do a little research if a customer has confirmation, BTW I think I will be one of the first Eray's in MN, not sure how to research that but I have only seen one for sale so far in MN.
Great vlog ,Rick. Lots of great info today. I'm glad to hear you're doing better. And a big plus for any day. Timber in the morning or any time. Get well, sir. 👍👍
Glad you are feeling better, looking and sounding better too! After reviewing another great vlog, I think we really need more Fr. Chucks around - or at least a Fr. Chuck approved service symbol at your local Chevy dealer for those who cannot get to Ohio!
I just said something about that sensor that one of your viewers suggested for the roof. it is a lot of sensors on the car already. I would suggest adding a sticker on the dash saying check roof instead of adding more sensors to car that has an outstanding number of sensors.
Wow that's scary that your gift box wasn't opened by you, but someone else did open it and re taped it close without you knowing ...cmon Rick really? LOL!!
Great to see you and hear that you’re getting better!! The stories today were excellent ! I haven’t lost my wife but my Corvette is keeping me limber and doing things instead of sitting and sleeping in a recliner at 71. My wife and I were just able to watch today’s vlog and she wanted me to send you the attached picture. I purchased these labels from Sandyeggo Designs. They are a good quality and might really help someone in the event of not being able to get out of a Corvette. Keep getting better and keep up the great episodes. Oh,when was the last time you explained to everyone the ease of purchasing through you , no matter where they live? It’s hard to believe people just go buy a product instead establishing a relationship with you and making a great deal, not just a transaction. I will buy from you only! Last question, is there a way I can just check your inventory instead of asking you for a detailed list every time? I hate to put you to the trouble of compiling a list as I dream, before I actually am ready for the next Corvette. Thanks for all you do, I love to watch and I look forward to every episode ! Richard Kruger I think I will have to email you the picture , ant figure out how to attach a picture to this message.
Rick Help I'm trying to get a C8 Z06 with a Z07 package. I've waited mu whole life and most dealers want to gouge you to death. Why there are Z06 vettes for sale everywhere
Rick, I was really touched by you addressed my inquiry and prioritized it as very first one ! that was so cool! I even call my wife to watch it , haha. I ran immediately to garage and WOW it's really working!!! But, I also wanted to know is to how to open/close tonneau when engine is running in order to check the oil, so I remotely started the vehicle then I click twice on lock button , and push and hold convertible top button- tonneau went up, than I check the oil , then click twice again on lock button and push and hold convertible top button again and tonneua went down and closed and engine automatically stopped. Appreciate your invaluble input and care for corvette owners like myself. Many thanks Rick! btw, I think in 2024 models lock/unlock can be pushed once , I will check tomorrow!
Rick, I was able to open and close tonneau in service mode by just clicking 1 time on the lock button on the remote key fob! So it's may be another hidden feature of 2024 c8!
