That is such a awesome sub . Glad to see it breathing back to live again. It was to expensive of a sub not to be repaired properly . 😂 that was quite the repair attempt with the old solder joints. It was good to see you could repair the lead connections. I think sundown needs just to scrap those push pin terminals, especially on a 2000watt rms motor assembly. The corrosion on the vent in the pole is weird, like the sub has possibly seen water. But let's face it, the vehicle trunk is a harsh environment. Great video. Keep up the good work.
Take another look at the video. You will need to remove the plates holding the surround in place, remove the surround, and reach inside to unscrew the push spring terminals.
