Is there anyway I get to purchase a custom box for my 2007 f150 which will be pushing two SA-10 subs, if I pay the money I just kinda would like it to be done right.
Thats a pretty nice set up bud, impressive excursion! just a little advice if i may? If you notice on the first song and the basstronics song when it hits those low lows, you notice your surround "creasing" or making little corners, it means you have made your box a little bit too big. If you run it too long like that, you could blow your subs.
whats with all these negative comments. ? thats a proper sub/box and power. . . finally someone who knows what they doing . over excursion or not a proper sub like this can just be reconed ^🖒

I just demoed an 8 inch sundown 2 ohm sub wired to 1 ohm in my SUV with a "slap box". For an 8 inch sub it is amazing, however it just didn't dig deep enough for me and I ended up with a JL tw3 12" sealed sub instead which is much more in control of those Rick Ross songs I like to play. Hearing an 8" sub bottom out makes me frown and I had to go a different direction. All that being said that is one beautiful box and your attention to detail is really pleasing to my OCD. Nice work.
I've been waiting for this demo video for quite some time now. It truly was worth the wait . That little thing is a Monster . I think you should do more videos. You do have really good talent little brother can't wait to see more.

I wish that the Bass would come through in the video more, but the system sounds Great!! Usually people make videos, and the Bass kills the rest of the sound, so you can't hear the singing, or any of the actual music. GREAT JOB!!!
the negative comments are because : your microphone/device used to record the test has no bass capture whatsoever, i run a hi-fi home setup in my pc, and im telling you, there is nothing bellow mid range showing up in my Nashville equalizer spectrum when i watch the video.

Is that 4g goin into your t1000 or you have a distro block going from 0 to 4g? I heard people tell me the 0-4g reducers didn't fit right in that amp and the 1500. Thanks
Sundown is insane and is built to handle absurd amounts of power which I doubt he is applying to it. However, as he said at the beginning of the video it is a temporary setup and he will be changing it most likely the gains to. If you want an example of how much sundown can handle look at lifeofprices new neo.hoe setup or sundowns own sundown astrovan. They have 9 ZV5 18s with a 7500k amp on each sub.
Its hitting, but I thought the excursion was past its limit too. I've heard alot of good about these subs. It was sounding like my JL sub when I push it a little to hard. Idk
@@adaboy4z there is increased mechanical noise or mechanical limits. Mechanical limits is when the voice coil hits the backplate of the motor and trust me when is say it would be blatantly obvious if it was happening in the video and then I would agree that that is to much however on sundown unofficial RU-vid channel it shows this sub being pushed past its limits and beyond, they can handle way more then you think
Research it, do the homework saint the specs for the subs you want to use and then build the box to the subwoofer. Gotta do your homework and alotta math if you want it done right.
