You don't need to throw. it failed in level 3. Aflatoxin is about 3 times higher than the threshold. It will not kill you. Protien and other nutrients are as per leble.

Unfortunately isme brand se kuch fark padne wala nahi hai. Jo log agar ye soch rahe ho main to mehenga wala double rate pe pintola ka leta hun. Aflatoxin B1 peanut butters mein hi zada paya jata hai because companies inko store kar ke rakhti hain kafi time tak jiski wajah se inme mould/fungi jaisi cheezein form hone lagti hain. Ye australia ki ek nutritionist ne kai saal pehle hi disclose kar diya tha. Food jitna zada storage mein rahega utne uske chance badh jate hain. To jab tak khud peanuts roast kar ke, grind kar ke nahi bana rahe ye acche se pack kar ke maan ke chalo 80% peanut butter market mein chahe wo kisi bhi company ka ho ye aflatoxin rahega hi rahega 😁

Kyunki zyadaatar log normally market se milne wale eggs hi khate hain, jisme kaafi milawat hoti hai. Logo ko lagta hai ke wo 6 gm protein per egg le rahe hain, lekin aapko ye samjhana chahiye ke kaunse eggs mein pura protein hota hai. Main bhi subah local shop se eggs leta hoon, lekin mujhe bhi doubt hai ke in eggs mein pura protein nahi hota jo ek egg mein hona chahiye.
