This woman is one of the toughest out there. She watched her dad go through being paralyzed, suffered from 2 familial deaths, an ankle injury prior to Tokyo, a kidney disease plus another injury. Yet she powers through to make 2 Olympic teams and won the all around in Tokyo. So happy for her, and I can't wait to see what she can do in Paris
So beautiful in every way imaginable and Yes, I was pulling for her all the way ever since all of those things happened, and I've been SUNI SUPERFAN ❤ SHE WAS AMAZING! SHE IS AMAZING❤
@@linzhong9927 that’s what all u think, but she is not doing her full difficult yet. Trust me words she is going to do "the lee" in the Olympics, that's mean she is going to have a 7.0 D, and her execution score is normally btw 8.4-8.7, and Qiu and Nemour has been very overscored in their nationals, both are going to have 15.3 or similar in the Olympics, forget about a 15.5 or 15.6, so it's going to be a very close battle btw the three o them. If Suni debut's "the lee" in the olympic´s she is going to be a contender for gold, if she is not, then she is going to win the bronze medal again.
@@QueenOfDivas2000she will be hammered in execution, since her form is way inferior than Qiu Qiuan and Nemour. She can be the greatest from USA, but internationally not at all. Last Olympics she stayed behind Iliankova, a gymnast that came from nowhere and even missed a connection
@@msmrreckoning It hasn't and the reason I know that is because something that happened today couldn't have been posted yesterday. This is Suni's routine from today (sunday)
Great job, Suni! She is so happy with herself, lovely to see. Sometimes your own body performs beyond expectations. Truly a magical moment. Very graceful in addition to being technically hard and perfect. Brava!
I just love this for her so much after all she's been through. Some ppl gave up on Suni and that's ashamed bc she's amazing! Cant wait to see what she brings in Paris. I definitely think shes coming home with at least 3 medals! 😚
OMG! She fixed everything that I saw she needed work on in her practice sessions. That was brilliant and beautiful!!! Way to go Suni! That’s a gold in itself.
Well earned and much deserved. After everything she's been through, after the months of training lost, she's back out there doing some of the best gymnastics in the world. It's just incredible to me. I was rooting so hard for her all season, and I overjoyed that we get to see her back in the Olympic arena. She should be extremely proud of herself. Cherry on top would be to get her name stamped on the full twisting Jaeger at the Olympics. This is going to be such an incredible Olympics for gymnastics fans!
Suní and all our women Olympians also have the advantage of the NCAA Gymnastics competition system where they can hone their competition under intense pressure skills. This is one of the reasons US women dominate the world!
The ONLY things I saw was one moment at the beginning where she seemed to be muscling up on the low bar and the pirouettes not fully be completed before moving on but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ she can fix that at camp. Solid af so happy she gets another go and after all her injuries !!
She has the chance of being a back-to-back Olympic all-around gold medalist, which hasn't been done in women's gymnastics since Vera Caslavska in 1964 and 1968.
❤ Her lines are exquisite! (Unlike Chiles and Biles with floppy feet) Suni stepped up and carried the team in Tokyo after Biles quit. She received a devastating diagnosis and was told she’d never do gymnastics again. She proved them wrong and is going to Paris! Suni 👏 is 👏the 👏GOAT👏
Why do you feel the need to do that? There’s no need to diminish the others to raise Suni up. One thing I love is how all of these girls are competitors and champions but also support each other. Every one of them deserves what they have. Simone is amazing in so many ways. She was often in a class of her own at these events and still pushed herself. When she knew for her own safety she needed to withdraw, she did so and has come back strong as ever. Suni stepped up and deserves praise. Jordan has been solid. Simone changed the sport. I’ll be rooting for all of these young ladies in Paris. Each of them deserves to be there. The US team is looking spectacular.
This was my prediction prior to Olympic trial day 2 (hopefully no more injuries) If Shilese jones is out then it wud be these gymnasts baring no injury in night 2: 1: Simone biles 2. Suni Lee 3. Jordan Chiles 4. Jade Carey 5. Lean Wong Alternates : Joselyn Robinson and Tania T (team mates of Bile in her gym) Although I wanted an emerging gymnast like Tania T to battle it out for 5th and final spot with Lean Wong and Joslyn R..
