Sunk cost fallacy and relationships 

In this video, I talk about the concept of the sunk cost fallacy as it pertains to relationships. The sunk cost fallacy is a psychological trap where individuals justify continuing an endeavor (in this case, a relationship) because of the investments they have already made, regardless of whether the current situation is fulfilling or healthy. I give you two exercises that could help you determine if you're trapped in the sunk cost fallacy in your relationship.
