I broke my hand playing dodge ball. My school had a wrestling room that has basically the whole floor was wrestling mats and a good amount of the walls were padded as well. Anyway, the mats were dusty or something because they were quite slick. At some point I slipped and reactively tried to break my fall. Felt like the equivalent of stubbing a toe but on the hand with my pinky and ring finder on my dominant hand was in a bit of pain. I never broke anything before so I just kept playing. That class was also the last class of the day so I went home right after. Thing is I ride the bus and I'm closer to one of the last ones that gets off. And when I take the bus I usually put me knees up against the back of the seat in front of me and I close my eyes. When I got home I went to mention to my mom about the experience of stubbing my hand. I looked at my hand and it was swollen a good amount. After she took me to get an x ray we found out it was a spiral fracture on the metacarpal of the pinky finger. Luckly I only had to have a splint for a few weeks instead of a cast.
This WPE episode felt way more unhinged than usual between Jake threatening Ellis for liking steam engine trains, Jake and his skirt, and then Gabby's joke about chlamydia
I would've loved it if Jake hit Ellis with the "You've got your guns and your Persian Afgan rugs, AND your precious metal club, so back off my trains."

I think that's more about him not liking beaches. Near-tropical and bleak waste is about as far apart as beaches can be while still having sand. That's like equating the Notre Dame Cathedral and Uncle Hickey's shed because they're both buildings with shingles.
I live in Central US area and we've had people from coastal areas like California vacation around here cause they see beaches all day and want a change of scenery for vacation.
I almost choke on my waffle and cried when Jake told off Ellis for liking steam trains as I wasn't even remotely expecting that. Also my router very much did not like Alex's "Talking French" class as it reset itself midway through to delay hearing the rest of it lol

The fact that Jake and Ellis are train kids and Jake took the piss out of Ellis for it and made him laugh his ass off made my day 😂🫠✨ never heard Ellis laugh this bad truly a one of a kind moment 😆
I genuinely love that Alex can trigger everyone almost upon request. It’s a gift and I feel if he was to find a partner we’d be missing out. So just keep being you Alex 👊🏻

Same thing happened a while pack when a bunch of RU-vid comments corrected him on gun facts and their terminology. He was salty about it for a while. It made me laugh because he was and still is using the wrong terminology. It's suppressor not silencer.
06:10 - In Germany, "Ticket to Ride" is named "Zug um Zug", which is actually a pun of sorts "Zug" can, depending on context, mean both "train" as in the actual vehicle and "move/turn" as in the actual game segment. So depending on how you view things, in The game is called either "Train by Train" or "Turn by Turn/Move by Move" in Germany^^
I'm 100% with Ellis on the beach part. If I'm going on a vacation, a beach is a beach, regardless of how nice it looks. I want something new and interesting, be it a cool tourist spot or something random like a museum where you can take your mind off of stuff and learn something new
I have to agree with Ellis about the beach experience thing - sitting on a beach is the same thing no matter where you are. It's a whole lot of who cares. Also, if you're going to get a birthday song, you want the depressed one, let's be real. XD
We had an old man sub French class for us in grade 7/8 frequently. He knew no French and instead told us stories about when he was a kid, like how to race pigeons. Even brought one of those old rotary picture projectors for it 😂
I like those mid 1900s train designs where you see a bunch of sick designs for the engines that look like some bioshock or snowpiercer stuff, i wish engines still looked cool like that.
Ellis does have a point on Holidays. If he can do something nearby you want to go on holiday to do other things. It'd be like bringing your PC on a holiday. Doing stuff you do all the time even though you are at a nice location and can visit tourist spots.
I had a blast with Sunkenland and wish they would add more to it. Me and my buddy had all the Islands and other boats cleared on the 3rd day of playing.
