I'm like 99% certain large scale games and game companies are using AAA in reference to batteries because these AAA and AAAA games are the cheapest and worst quality you could get.
Scurvy is honestly kind of horrific. Not only do you bleed out of any orifice, all of your old healed wounds will reopen and start bleeding too. This is because a healed wound isn't actually healed, it's an ongoing metabolic process that never finishes. And if you have scurvy you don't have the vitamins required to keep that process going, so your wounds reopen - which can be a huge problem, especially if you've had surgery. Literally, year old healed scars will reopen. It's scary.
Don’t wanna be a “well actually” guy but the stamina is referring to your crew pulling the sail tight for extra speed and need to rest after the stamina runs out
@@jerbear3915 what he said, I played the game (skull and bones) and the stamina is indeed linked to your crew, I'm also a Kingpin in the game, which is the highest level of infamy one can get
Now I'm picturing Ellis baiting a hook, casting it, reeling in a fish, unhooking the fish, then making it cough up the bait so he can 'use more than 1 bait per fish'
I honestly feel like the real frustration Ellis couldn't put into words there was that, in most games that have it, bait is weirdly rare - you only get like two or three pieces per significant time. Whereas in real life, the moment you catch a single fish, that's good for like 50 pieces of bait. And five minutes of going outside will probably find you half a dozen snails etc. Except in the rain, when it'll get you hundreds. But the way he fails to express that is fucking comical. It is a really funny mental image.
Vitamin C is mostly used to boost the body's ability to heal. Scurvy is a severe deficiency of Vitamin C and particularly bad cases of scurvy can cause old wounds to reopen.
At somme point we're just gonna be screaming at each other when describing games. 'Hey, what kinda game is this?" "Oh, it's a new AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA game from EA." "Jesus fuck, forget i asked anything.
As if EA could make anything AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA quality, let alone something AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. On the other hand, considering the quality of the only AAAA game currently in existance, maybe the curve for "A"s/quality is more of an inverse parabola.
The "AAAA" Pirate game also has a code of conduct reminding people to be nice (despite being pirates) and has an Accept screen that says "LONG LIVE PIRACY"
I watched the video a few minutes ago. A true AAAA game. I especially like that only one tree is available on certain islands and you had a 2 hour respawn timer attached to it on top of everyone on the server farming for them. 🫠
I still imagine that the stamina mechanic in Skull & Bones is all the ship's crew going "CAPTAIN! Captain! The sails! The sails are going to rip if we keep her going at this clip!" made only -better- worse if your ship's sails spontaneously tore to ribbons if you ran the stamina meter dry, upon which a cash store popup appears asking if you'd like to buy another set of sails.
1:21 You can almost hear Gabby coming through in that wheeze. The only thing missin' was jake doing a scottish accent going "Well, tha wuz fuckin' shite~"
Jaundice isn't really a disease in itself, it's more of a symptom. Mostly when something is wrong with your liver, I believe, your skin or the white in your eyes can take on a yellow or orange tint, and that's called jaundice. It can be caused by scurvy as well, but by that point it's already gotten pretty bad. The first sign is usually bleeding gums and tooth decay.
I believe "Scurvy" is when the skin stops producing essential oils due to vitamin C deficiency so the skin cells begin to die and flake away becoming increasingly itchy and constantly uncomfortable. The victim unconsciously rip's at their skin and over a long period this is likely the most dangerous part. the cuticles of the fingers and toes as well as the gums begin to bleed and eventually lose all their hair, nails and teeth. but by then they have likely already been overwhelmed by self inflicted skin abrasions that quickly become infected. Scurvy itself is not really lethal you would likely die from the infections or Ending yourself. it is however easily preventable and recoverable so like they say in the Navy "Eat your Damn Lemons!"
I know the game list of you guys is really long, but i really want to see you play helldivers 2, because the amount of times you guys will blow each other up will be more often then in any compilation out there. Also you should all use the arc thrower, because its really good and definetly not because its the best way to "accidently" kill your teammates. Great video by the way :D
Jonk using so much of his brain power to name the box that he doenst hear Gaby is the best. The fact he still spelled crOfting box while being so concentrated killed me
WPE have played Helldivers (for all those saying the gang should play it), go watch the vod on the livestream archive! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-i0lqcUr833k.html
Amateur fisher math: > 1 bait = 1 fish > On average, if the fish are really biting, at least 5 fish that bite will escape you hook in every half-hour; 2 will steal the bait as well. > Assume at least 3 fish in a pond/lake are a-holes that will nibble the bait off if you're not paying attention. Also assume they will return to your spot if you don't move. > If casting off-shore, your hook will snag on heavy debris at least one time you reel in. Your hook is mangled, your bait is obliterated. > Include a multiplier if the a-hole fish and heavy debris don't teach you that your fishing spot sucks. > Every 15 minutes nothing bites, you replace the bait thinking the fish don't want it. > You go to the store for bait, which sells tiny tubs or buckets of the stuff, and you end up not using it all. > You improvise with bread or store meat, and save some money cuz you can eat what you don't feed the fish. > Your buddy is a better fisher, and you quit after watching them catch 10 and you catch nothing.
To answer two questions yes you will bleed from your mouth, nose, and anus if your Scurvy gets really bad but you will also bleed from any scars too. Second the difference between semi auto and burst is burst is generally three to five rounds per trigger pulled and semi is one bullet per trigger pull.
Last time of posting. I've tried knocking on your door a few times and never get an answer. Your parcel has been sitting in our dining room now for four weeks and we've had enough. I've now left it on your doorstep.
3:50 funny edit, however the math is wrong. 0.5 FPS means one frame every two seconds. That was 2 FPS, one frame every 0.5 seconds. I know, I'm a nerd. Don't need to tell me that.
Skull and bones: giving the CREW stamina and you have to feed them to keep the stamina up It's the first time I noticed a game that does that And frankly I kinda hoped you guys will roast skull and bones into the ground so the game will cost like 10 dollars after Ubisoft realizes that they fucked up..... Hehe
So I can’t quite remember but from what I can recall from Skull and Bones, the stamina bar is tied to your crew, and they manage the “travel speed” for the game and they get tired from pulling on ropes or something, and you can give them food to gain 50% stamina regen which is so dumb considering it uses the same mechanics from AC4, and that game didn’t have a stamina bar
“You can just hear his soul leaving the body.” “What soul?!” BURN! That’s for that comment you made about picking the day of a game release over your wedding to Cath in the Sea of Thieves video, Ellis! XD Karma’s a b*tch!
Some things that happen if you have scurvy: Your gum will rot and all your teeth will fall out, and broken bones you've ever had even if it's been long healed will start breaking up again, your organs will start to decay inside your body while you're still alive and you will die and a slow and painful death. -4/10, can't recommend. Back in the age of sail when they first started making regular trips between Europe and the new world (America) it was estimated that 2/3 of the crew would die from scurvy on the single way trip. Scurvy alone has killed more sailors than all the storms, disasters and wars ever fought combined.
I mean, depending on what you use as bait, and what fish you aim to catch you can actually use the same piece of bait a few times. For instance, using cooked frozen shrimp while canal fishing as a child, I could usually catch about three little fish -- less than a foot long for reference -- per piece of shrimp. But if I used vienna sausage, I usually ended up just feeding the fish and not actually catching anything.
Hey there you wonderfully deranged anglophones, just wanna say thanks for being a consistent source of laughs that strain the stitches in my mouth during this particularly shitty easter. Keep on rocking.
You say that there's a tree replacing the oxygen Jake wastes But you need to remember just how much he wastes - no amount of trees could replace that much oxygen
