Yes!! I feel like the small steps help me burn more calories and it’s definitely easier on the knees because we’re not extending our legs. My pleasure I’m happy this gave you more or less of an idea on the product. I think either or would be great but lol, the one with the resistance band will challenge you more to get that overall body exercise. I believe rite one with the bars only gives you the support to hold yourself, correct me if I’m wrong. This one allows you to do arm workouts too if you don’t feel like using the stepper itself, it multifunctional. In addition it’s portable to can put that bad boy anywhere or take it somewhere else and it’s it’s the most affordable. Hope this helped! 💕🙏🏽 Thank you for your support!!

ahhh lol I can’t believe this was 2 weeks ago and I didn’t see it. Yes this has happened to me but rarely I can honestly say about 2 times I’ve noticed especially if I am stepping rapidly.

@@justjiny4 thank you. My husband says what I’m hearing is the pump mechanism. Idk if that’s true. Sounds like air being pumped in when I step. After about 5 minutes of stepping. Drives me nuts!

@@mrs.jackson. lol I believe he is right, I usually watch something to distract me or listen to music too so if mine does it more than those 2 instances I seriously wouldn’t know lol but now that you brought it to my attention I will be on the lookout just to see if the same thing occurs to me more than what I’ve noticed.

Yes you just have to adjust the “wheel” in the bottom and attach the exercise bands.

Hey Ruben, you don’t have to go all the way down but you can. For a more intense and calorie burning move you shouldn’t go all the way. when you don’t go all the way down on the stepper you automatically are doing the steps faster hence burning way more calories. So, it all depends on what may work for you. I tend to do both but lean more towards not going all the way down to feel the 🔥 I hope this helps!🤗

Hey I’ve never used the fitness twister stepper but it sounds like it has double features, not only are you stepping but you’re also possibly tackle certain muscles that you may not be able to if you’d had the stepper. It may even be more of a workout. I guess look into what the twister can help with, do the same with the stepper and compare them. I hope this helps! 💕

Hey, so sorry to hear that double check how you adjusted the pulley wheel. Normally the hydraulic rod is already comes put in place. If you’re not quite sure what an hydronic rod is just google a diagram of the mini stepper. If it doesn’t work after adjusting the pulley wheel then I’d exchange it. Good luck Lacey 💕

@@lacygrace9636 Yay!! I’m glad you did! 🤗 You’ll BURN calories!! The good thing is that it’s up to you how intense your willing to step. If you go fast you will sweat your butt off and if you put more resistance by tighten up the pulley it’ll be harder to step which will allow you to burn calories and work out those hamstrings, calves, and booty even better! You got this!💪🏽💕💫 and remember consistency is everything, you will see results give yourself realistic time & grace.

Hey, I’m sorry that sucks. The moment you do a couple of steps it’s suppose to count them and the counter starts. If it’s brand new I suggest you exchange if for a new one because you don’t want to stay stuck with a product you just purchased that is defective or assembled incorrectly. Plus it’s the most motivating part of the stepper 🙃.This has never happened to me so I have no way of telling you how to fix it but if it was me I would of returned it and order a new one. Good luck with everything!
