Every time I’m on the stepper I think about you, thanks for the encouragement… when I started I could barely do 5 minutes and now I’m up to 20 minutes.
may i also say how impressive it is that you are giving detailed instructions WHILE using the mini stepper! if it was me i’d be out of breath on every word bahahaha
Started 3 wks ago, placed stepper a few inches facing the wall, hands against the wall for balance. That helped alot with balance. 3wks later, I don't need the wall anymore. Turn my music on and get to work. I'm up to 20 min, tomorrow increasing to 25 min. 👏👏👏 let's Geaux. Thank you so much 😊😊❤
I bought one in 2022 and barely even tried with it. Lol. I’ve been doing cardio outside but NY finally got some snow, then I saw your videos! BABY’ I am pulling out the stepper and I’ll be stepping aside this community. This way… no excuse for not working out when it’s snowing or “too cold” out. Gratitude for all you’re sharing 😊 I’m excited to give this a go!
@@deedeeandmimi6029 it’s actually been pretty nice here so I’ve still been running. Last week I did the stepper three days and today I did it as well- I love it. I have a mirror right in front of me so I really just be having a good time. I’ve been doing 20 mins on the mini stepper with 5-10 min weights video from RU-vid . I have been surprised at how much I am enjoying it. I don’t get bored or anything and time flies . It has been making noise so sometimes that worry me. But all and all- LOVING IT as an alternative . And I be sweatingggggg; makes me feel like I’m doing something lol Thanks for checking in !
Mirabel!! I got inspired running on one of your videos just over a month ago...got a mini stepper from amazon...its been about 30 days using it.most days while watching netflix😅 ..i stared 10 min...then 15...then 30 min with small weights...this week I did an hour twice!...i can feel the muscles on my thights really firming up! I was not expecting to feel it that soon very encouraging!!...just want to thank you for the motivation...you come across so real and down to earth, ❤wishing you the best...keep doing what you are doing!!👏👏
That's awesome 👌 👏 👍 I just started mine Friday and the burn is real. I've never been so happy to be feeling a burning sensation 😂😅😊 I'm trying to tighten my thighs and lose my belly fat. 😩
I have decided to start the mini stepper journey. My aim is to move my body because I work from home and do not want to have a sedentary lifestyle. I came online to look for you so I can get more and better tips esp. because I have come across some of your videos before now. I have subscribed so I can have you on close dial 😂. I look forward to a great experience from this. Thank you 🙏
I bought mine on amazon 😊 it reach yesterday and I used today for 30 min and i was so wett with sweath. Thanks to you mis 😂 I can not weight to get rid off this weight😂😂❤ love from suriname 🇸🇷
I just ordered my stepper yesterday, can't wait for it to arrive... heat in the middle east is INSANE, and no chance to join a gym.... now NO EXCUSES FOR ME!!! 😃😃😃
I received my stepper a few weeks ago.. I got on it for the first time a couple of days ago. I’m only up to 5 minutes.. my thighs are burning already. I will try to increase everyday to get up to 30 minutes.
First time following your stepping workout and I am so happy! I always went on like I’m running a marathon. I could not do more than 2 minutes. But after this video I started with you, ended with you and feel like I want to keep going. Thank you so much for being such an inspiration!! 🤍
Thank you for this. You're the first person I've seen on the stepper. I bought one and I am just trying to get started on it. I've done the treadmill for years but this is a different game with this thing 😂. I started off too fast and got worn out quick. About to get to it right now. I'll try 15 mins then work my way up.
I bought a mini stepper after seeing one of her videos, unfortunately the one I bought you can only exercise for 15 minutes at a time as the cylinders underneath get hot, and it states that on the instruction manual as well, has I known this i would have bought a different one. (Sunny) although if you don’t mind having a break in between and waiting for it to cool down.
If i were to log the stepper in a workout tracker, and my options were "elliptical, walking outdoors, and treadmill" what would this be closest to do you think?
Hi Mirabel, My Nephew And I Love Watching You Workout On The Stepper. We Take Turns Stepping To Your Videos. We Thank You For Your Content And Thank You For Your Tips. My Nephew Would Like To See You Step To His Favorite Song Called Past Lives By Borns (Sapientdreams Remix). Thank You 😊
In about 45 mins I completed a little over 1200-1300 steps, that depends on how many times you stop but don’t rush and try to make that your goal & press all the way down..sometimes I have the habit of doing 1/2 steps instead of full steps
First time and 200 steps in. I need a break😅. My thighs are burning. I will time myself next workout. I need to stay consistent. I want to be swinging my hips like Mirabel by summertime☀️
Girl I just started two days ago and my thighs are burning and I love it. I took a 1 minute break every 5 minutes 😂but did a total of 15 on Friday. Yesterday I did 20 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes last night. I'm so proud 👏 of myself. There is a timer on your stepper. Well mine shows calories, time, steps counted. I'm so happy for everyone who has joined the stepped movement 🙌 🤗 💓 2024 let's get it guys/girls Thanks Mirabel your videos have truly inspired me 😢 Also I will be investing in a vibration plate next week.
@@stephyb4230 We got this💪🏾 Which stepper do you have? Is it loud? I'm on my second one and it's loud. I was taking breaks about every 5 minutes too. It was intense😅. I used the number of steps to track my progress and overall it's been tough. Nothing good comes easy
I just received mine this morning! Yeaaa I’m so excited and I definitely will be following your videos and keeping you updated with my progress. Thank you, my sista🙏🏾🙌🏾
Thanks for sharing, just received my stepper! The music 🎶🎵 in the background really helps before you know it worked out for 30 - 40 minutes even as a beginner! 😂
You made me buy this mini stepper,I started 2days ago and I'm sore😅I did 15 mins on the first day and 20 mins the 2nd day and definitely will do more steps everyday. Thanks for the encouragement.
Hello! Im interested in getting a stepper. I just had my second C-section delivery almost 5 weeks ago now, so I'm really looking forward to it and hoping to get rid of some of this c section fat and loose skin! Do you have a stepper you recommend? Thank you!
Just bought mine today and sooo excited! Broke my leg and needed 2 plates and 14 pins😢 working out has been extremely difficult. Hopefully this will help get me where I want to be😊
My stepper finally arrived 🎉I did 30mins and 11,381 steps while listening to Afrobeats 💃🏾 My lower back was a bit uncomfortable so I’m thinking my posture is wrong. But like you said, practicing more will make it better. Thanks for the motivation ❤
This is correct. You'll want to split it up to get 30 to 40 minutes. It's suggested in the instructions to not overheat the cylinders. Not sure how much force/pressure one has to exert to cause it to do that. There is a another YTer who that happened to. His reviews come up in the search. He has a final review where he discusses why the stepper is a no for him and that was one of his reasons.
@@Canm4are u using it? Im planning to order the sunny one since that has the most good reviews? So i can do 15mins n take a break? How long u take a break? N then do another 15min set? I want to do 30min daily only im 7 months postpartum and its hard to step outta home with a baby. Still have 10kg to lose
Hi Mirabel. I started using my stepper a few months ago, and i have a back problem. Every time i use the stepper, the backache becomes severe. I have tried to tuck in my tummy all the time, but it's still the same. Am i doing it wrong?
